This is one of the finest Korean restaurant in Town. The authenticity is too good. Ambience is at its peak. Sitting are of traditional and the normal ones , which on of you prefer. The price is little high but foods values your every penny. Service staffs are very much friendly and will make you comfortable through out your stay. And this time I don't recommend hookkah , previously it used to be very good and reasonable too. But now it's almost 1500 for sisha , not so good .not Worth of money and they don't inform for price change too. That's kinda rude.

This visit exceeded expectations! The incredible atmosphere, chill vibe, and amazing food was only made better by our waitress Tashi. She was fun and lighted hearted and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Her English was perfect and her knowledge of the food was great! Thanks so much! Will be returning!

The jjampong isn't the best. The food is good. A bit on the pricey side but worth the money for those who know Korean cuisine. If you know what you're getting, it's a great place to eat out. The ambience is great. This one near Masala Beads in Thamel has an open space that livens it up. For a large group, it's a great hangout. The staff are helpful and the service is good. The restaurant has branched out across the valley, each has it's charm.

Really cool place to catch up with old buddies. PROS: 1. Located at the heart of Kathmandu 2. Easily accessible 3. Clean 4. Good ambiance 5. Peaceful 6. Reasonable price 7. Polite and helpful staff 8. Parking is free when you visit the restaurant....so go park and eat 😁 CONS: 1. If you come by bike, it's cool. But if you come by car/ SUV, then parking may be an issue. 2. People who visit here for the first time may be overwhelmed with the menu. But a quick word with the staff will solve everything....so feel free to ask.

Hankook Sarang will take you by surprise. As you walk through their doors you are transported into a picturesque courtyard for outdoor dining. My meal was a bowl of spicy honey chilli rice with chicken surrounded by kimchi, mung beans, carrot, and spinach. Alongside some Korean crispy fried chicken - honey garlic chilli flavour. You'll also be served 6 plates of various side dishes to munch on. We loved it all.

Was completely disappointed with the food here. The original fried chicken we ordered doesn’t taste like Korean fried chicken at all. It was just plain, tasteless fried chicken with too much batter! Korean fried chicken usually has a thin batter. There were also no wings. Chicken was super dry inside. Couldn’t finish the chicken as it was that bad. The banchan (side dishes) were not up to standard as well especially the kimchi, it was lacking in taste and didn’t feel fresh. Samgyeopsal (bbq pork) was below average too, usually most good Korean bbq restaurants have really good quality pork. Lastly, the rice (which is a really important part too) was just dull and not fragrant, not the typical high quality short grain/multi grain rice you get at Korean restaurants. I wish I didn’t have to give this place such a bad review but we were craving some Korean food and wanted to try it here in Kathmandu, but regretted trying this place out.

The food was far better than any Korean restaurant in Pokhara. We had the chicken platter. The kimchi-jiggae and the kimchi is the best that I had in Nepal. Would definitely recommend this place. Hope the quality of food and service remains the same.

This could possibly be the best Korean restaurant in Nepal. Kimchi chigae on a raining day in Kathmandu is definitely one of the best ways to go!

I have been a frequent customer here and I love going here everytime🤗. You are welcomed with a beautiful pond with koi fishes which is really eye-catching! I find the place to be very calm and aesthetic too, in terms of other restaurants, great for taking pictures! The interiors of the restaurant are visually pleasing and the seats are comfortable 🥰. Majority of the time, I come here with a bunch of my friends whenever we decide we want to have Korean cuisine and we enjoy our visit. For 3 or less people visiting, I'd say looking for other restaurants would be great if 'price' is your main concern. We usually order the same dishes everytime we go here. and I want to honestly appreciate the Rappokki (Korean rice cakes) that they serve here. You get a relatively huge portion of rice cakes that's rich in flavour for the price you pay, which EASILY could be enough for 3 whole adults, an instant fan of the dish!🤩 I don't have problems in terms of flavour with other dishes that they serve, like the Kimchi fried rice, Korean Fried Chicken, and Samgyeopsal, it's well made and I recommend you to give it a try👍. However, I would like it better if they would slightly increase the quantity of pork in Samgyeopsal🙏, i feel like the quantity isn't justified for the price I pay. There's parking available for 2 wheeler vehicles just outside the restaurant premises, but it's paid parking, I'm unsure for 4 wheeler vehicles. Always had a good time here, giving a 4/5⭐ because there's always room for improvement :)

This is my second to be here in this new place, mostly I go to same Restaurant which In Tangal. The food is good only some of the dish disappointed me like tteokbokki, jjampong spicy dry noodle, it was bland and tasteless, they can do it more better next time. Hope we can get more better taste in our next visit. I loved the taste of the side dish. Wish to try the Korean pancake, jjajameyon. All in all everything was good. Thank you for the good service though it was a rush hour. See you soon 🙏🙏🙏

The restaurant may be among the best Korean in the city but I got confused. Ambiance was amazing. Indoors require a bit more thought but outside was damn good. Food was good. First time I tried Korean so can't say much.

Excellent ambiance ~ The food doesn’t stand out much though. Nevertheless loved the Gimbap!! They also have Hanboks, which you can try if you want to.

Cute little place but the service from the beginning was bad and the activities of the manager behind the bar were a turn-off. This restaurant had a cute date-like atmosphere. From the moment we were escorted to the table, right next to the bar, it took 15 minutes before anyone came over to take our order. There were only a few other tables occupied so it wasn’t too busy. There were many employees walking around but no one checked on us. Once we ordered, the drinks and traditional Korean side dishes came out. They were good, I’ve definitely had better kimchi and tofu. The jokbal was very good though, the sauces were flavorful and the lettuce fresh. The service was a let down unfortunately. The music at the beginning of the dinner was fine but it was turned off for a while and then turned on very loudly the rest of the evening. What really stood out though (as we sat at one of the tables close to the bar) was the manager continuously smoking hookah behind the bar, which was pretty unprofessional in my opinion.

Best Korean restaurant ever! The food was so good, portions are too big, staff are so friendly. Try the kimchi fried rice with eggs 🍳. You will love it !

Was my first Korean Restaurant experience. Ambience was top notch and staff were friendly. But we had to wait for a long time to get the food we ordered. The tables(multiple table) beside us were served first even though we were one who ordered first and bear in mind our order were easier and faster to prepare as per my friend. I asked for a fork to the server but it was not provided to us and later my friend had to get up from her table and brought it herself.

Had Korean dishes from this restaurant fir several times and till now they have not disappointed anything regarding taste of food but the quantity was less. The ambience was nice and clean. Most of the staffs were well mannered and welcoming. Would really recommend to try from there. Only thing I would say is if there are more items of vegetarian and hopefully the kimchi is not mixed with non-veg items like making it.

I always come back for their Jajangmyeon. It's so flavourful with the right amount of chewiness on the noodles. Kimbab is a must to grab all the sauce and not let it go to waste. The drinks are amazing and fresh. Only downside was the Bibimbap which was abit dry with less flavours(Didn't take a photo).

My friend recommended me this restaurant, so I went to have lunch over there. One of the worst Korean food experiences I had and food is not properly cook while I felt sick after having those food. The service is awful. It took more than 45 mins to receive our order even though the food is not properly cooked. They need at least basic hospitality training. This place is only famous TikTok by wear KoreN dress. I don’t want to visit this restaurant to get sick again.

Good service, clean hall, nicely decorated yard, food rather mediocre. Overcooked rice, bland Korean hot pot flavours. Room for improvement!

The food here was really good and the restaurant is so pretty too. The service was amazing and the people are really friendly and kind. The kimbab was so good and my favourite thing from the restaurant.

Me and my friend visit for lunch , food was amazing, service is excellent overall every thing is superb especially I like the ambience. Bandana was so welcoming and thanks a lot Binod for the great company. Everyone should visit this Korean restaurant. Note:Roof top gardening is the most beautiful.

The first thing you notice about this place is the aesthetic. The restaurant is beautiful and the courtyard acts as a little oasis to escape the craziness of KTM. The food is also very good but it was the service which compelled me to leave a review. As someone who has worked many years in restaurants and bars the staff here must be congratulated. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and made the whole experience so nice. The menu includes all the Korean favourites you would expect and they also have an impressive bar selection. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a nice, relaxed meal in the heart of Kathmandu.

Great atmosphere, very well decorated restaurant. Love the food here. Bibimbap, half&half chicken, Samgyeopsal, kimbap, many more… Appreciate the high quality food. However, I came here so many times with friends, unfortunately never get good service. I really hope for an improvement here because everything else was already great.

Sounds like a Korean tire company, but it actually is a Korean restaurant. We went for the lunch deal, one Dolsot bibimbap and one spicy soup with omelette. The bibimbap was pretty good, but the pork in there was inedible, since it only consisted of fat. Better go with chicken instead. The soup did neither taste good nor authentic. The omelette was alright, but the rice was absolutely inedible. Mushy, sticky, more like rice pudding than rice. We even complained, but they said their rice is just like that. Weird that the rice in the bibimbap was better. The appetizers were pretty Korean, which surprised me, since they even brought free refills. Kimchi was not good and had some weird taste. Hygiene-wise it was not very Korean. There must be better Korean restaurants in Kathmandu.

5 star for the place. Wonderful ambience and great seating arrangements. Service is great too . But a bit disappointing part was the food. The sticky rice wasn't sticky, it was more like mansuli chamal rice. Kimbap was good. Drinks were okay .

🫤 I came here because of the good pictures and comments. Everyone told me that this is the best pizza in Nepal. Ummmmm.....not the one I got. Positive first, they use good ingredients. The pizza tasted good...when there's pizza. If you look at my pizza, you can see that 1/3 or 1/2 of the pizza wasn't...
