My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time here! We stayed for two nights on our way back from Vic Falls. Mary and Keith are great hosts and also their staff is great. Always attentive, helpful and friendly. The lodge is beautifully situated right at the banks of the Zambezi river with a beautiful garden in front of the little guest chalets. Although the rooms are not the most modern, they are very cozy (and clean). We also enjoyed our meals here. Both breakfast and dinner are homemade and really delicious that can easily compete with larger lodges. We also did a Kayak tour, which we really enjoyed. To sum it up: we really enjoyed it and will come back when we are back in the north! Moritz

Had a great couple of nights here. Very comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly, and I appreciate that veganism is somewhat alien to that part of the world, but the staff did their best to accommodate my lifestyle choice. Would recommend to anyone.

Pleasant surprise. Very neat, clean and the food and service was great. Security for the vehicle was excellent. Only issue is the sign post to the lodge is confusing and needs to be moved closer to the correct turn off.

Sadly the Caprivi river lodge was a very bad experience. The rooms were old and had a strong smell of bug repellent, the food was eatable but not exactly delicious, and the activites, which there weren't many of, were boring. There are definitely far better hotels for just a bit more money close by.

Before we spent our two nights here, we were worried we might get bored. This prediction did not come to pass. The lodge is beautiful and situated directly by the Zambezi with a phenominal view. The rooms are spotless and the staff and owners are lovely and attentive. We specifically enjoyed the dinners. The food was always very tasty and we ate every bit of it. The staff always add a little twist to their dishes. We will definitely be back!

We loved the place! The garden is too die for,so lush! Each cabin with its own character and story to tell. A lot of history there. And the dinners were something else! Thank you Kathreen and Aunty Granny Heather with Keith, Mary and the dog Scheeka, it was very memorable!!!

Lovely views. Wonderful staff. Delicious home made meals. Impeccable housekeeping. If I ever return to Katima Mulilo, Caprivi River Lodge will most definitely be my destination.

The view was great, the accommodations were nice, the service was good. The food could be better although. The WiFi was very very slow, you can only send text messages with it and an email but only with text in summary awful.

The place is beautifully verdant. It is at the bank of the mighty Zambezi river with a great view of the river. It's calming and relaxing. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. If you love nature, this is a place for you.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Literally nothing to write home about. Everything was quite average.
