Poor
Management,
Rude
staff
I
was
regular
customer
of
Sarovar
and
thought
that
it
is
good
hotel
in
the
vicinity.
On
all
the
occasions,
they
lack
customer
service
and
you
have
to
wait
for
long
time
to
even
give
your
orders
or
give
the
glass
of
water.
But
each
time
we
adjusted
thinking
that
due
to
weekend
there
is
rush.
But
today,
they
could
not
even
manage
anything.
When
we
were
on
the
table,
for
first
15
mins
nobody
even
bother
to
wait
at
our
area.
Then
we
had
to
ask
for
the
water.
Then
for
10-15
mins
they
took
to
give
water
to
us.
Thinking
of
the
rush,
we
have
whole
order
at
once
so
that
they
can
get
everything
one
time.
But
from
9.40
pm
to
10.20
PM
,
they
could
manage
to
serve
only
soup.
For
main
course,
we
constantly
had
to
follow
up
but
could
not
get
it.
When
we
raised
it
to
the
management,
they
were
very
rude
and
reluctant
about
it
as
if
they
don't
even
bother
if
customer
if
unhappy.
Earlier
I
would
have
recommended
this
hotel
to
everyone....
But
from
today's
incidence,
I
strongly
suggest
that
go
to
this
hotel
only
if
you
are
ok
to
wait
for
min
1
hr
and
you
are
fine
with
extreme
rude
behaviour
of
the
staff.
