Poor Management, Rude staff I was regular customer of Sarovar and thought that it is good hotel in the vicinity. On all the occasions, they lack customer service and you have to wait for long time to even give your orders or give the glass of water. But each time we adjusted thinking that due to weekend there is rush. But today, they could not even manage anything. When we were on the table, for first 15 mins nobody even bother to wait at our area. Then we had to ask for the water. Then for 10-15 mins they took to give water to us. Thinking of the rush, we have whole order at once so that they can get everything one time. But from 9.40 pm to 10.20 PM , they could manage to serve only soup. For main course, we constantly had to follow up but could not get it. When we raised it to the management, they were very rude and reluctant about it as if they don't even bother if customer if unhappy. Earlier I would have recommended this hotel to everyone.... But from today's incidence, I strongly suggest that go to this hotel only if you are ok to wait for min 1 hr and you are fine with extreme rude behaviour of the staff. Poor Management, Rude staff

The waiting time is just insane.. waited for more than 1 hour.. worst service ever. I was willing to give 0 stars but there's no option. Every single time I visit this hotel the same thing happens again and again.

I ordered mushroom chilly from sarovar today and they packed a parcel for chicken chilly. I'm a vegetarian and they gave me chicken instead of mushroom. Pathetic service, you don't even check what you are packing. Worst experience. You are earning totally because of your name your service is worst.

Rooms are extremely good and hygienic foods are very tasty and fresh..Can't say much about location and locality because I didn't like it much....It is a bit difficult to find a better property to stay in an area like Boisar...

Very good ambiance. Owner Mr. Shetty is very courteous and comes to every table to greet. Food is tasty and well presented.

Nice location and Economical room. They will not picked your call from room , In Room, telephones are only for Show piece. You will not get any help on phone call. You have to personally visit Reception or Restaurant for any help. No Towels or Soap Or Water battle will be given without asking.

It was awesome, the room service was good and thw room was clean and perfect, even the restaurant food was tasty. Also they have 2 buildings now the new one is like heaven like a cool luxurious facilities.

Taste of the food is just good as per the price the quantity is also good highly recommended

This is a very good hotel for stay which is close to Tarapur MIDC at Boisar. Rooms are spacious, neat & clean. Reasonable tariff which includes a very good breakfast. Service & ambience is good. Food is very good at this hotel (for breakfast as well as restaurant)

Went in to restaurant during the afternoon for lunch, the service was slow, but the food was better then expected . The prices were reasonable and the ambiance was good, however it's was not crowded so I had my lunch peacefully.
