I recently visited the clinic. The Doctor doesn't have way to talk to the patient, very rude and unkind. I have nothing against the profession and the skill, he may be the best but the people's skill is the WORST. Treating patient like we are some kind of slaves. The patient just tried to state the concern and not hurt any sentiments of yours. Maybe next time try and keep your ego at bay. Not recommending someone who is ready to sacrifice self respect.

Hi, I just now visited the Hospital for my Father in Law Dr. Does not take any relative inside with the patient. My concern is that why relatives comes with patient if the patient is not in the condition to speak how he/she will speak to you. I know you are still following the guidelines for covid. You think if relative will have coronavirus than patient can also have too. If you have fear of covid you should do all patient covid test first than only you should take the opd. Never seen such a type of worst hospital. Worst Hospital in Boisar Maharshtra. Many thanks.

ENT specialist Ma'am has really good experience in field. Thoroughly checked ear nose and throat. If you have ear problem this is the place you want to go. To book appointments Just call there at 7 or 7.15 am. If the call is busy just keep calling as there are many patients calling. You must book appointments as number of patients taken are limited.

Worst Staff Ever. Uneducated & manner less staff. Their is not fixed person on reception to attend calls. Any staff member pickup call an miscommunicates the things, And when patient tries to show their mistakes, they simply asks them for proof. Especially senior staff, they don't even have sense that how to behave with patients who called up or come personally to hospital to take appointment. And Dr Mudassir sir also encourages their staff's misbehavior with patients. And pretends that it's patient's duty to tolerate this misbehavior.

Worst staff I have ever seen . Third class clinic I recommend not to go to this doctor . Uneducated staff do not even how to treat with the patients , I had personally visited and see this unkind behaviour with their patients .I don't know the doctor behaviour but the staff is completely pathatic and mannerless.I rushed out immediately after this whole scene happens ... disgusting staff .

Both Khwaja and Nayana Mudassir are very competent doctors. Have been visiting this nursing home since last 25 years. Dr. Mudassir is a very honest and to the point kind of doctor who doesn't mince words and is very direct in his approach (which does not sit well with some patients and get offended). But his diagnosis is very precise and articulate. He examines all patients very thoroughly and gives enough time and attention to each one of them. He also charges a very reasonable fee given his reputation and experience. Highly recommend visiting him for a checkup if the priority is a thorough diagnosis of your health issue.

If u wanna go there then, Only go for ENT specialist ma'am instead for going any other dr present there. Because The other Doctor doesn't have way to talk to the patient, except ENT Specialist dr. Ma'am.
