It's very, very bad. In the near future I will make an official report on poor public services with the names that I have recorded to the relevant agencies. The registration counter was curt, the information service was unsatisfactory. Mr Dwi Kartika Mr Ismiyanto Mothers wearing hijabs are super duper angry, At least if it works well, it's okay,

03-25-2021 The author had the opportunity to visit the third branch of the Demak community health center which happened to be close to his workplace for the first phase of vaccination According to the author's personal perspective, judging from the physical building, the size of the Puskesmas can be categorized as quite complete. Parking for vehicles is quite spacious, there is some vegetation that covers several corners of the yard so it looks cool and beautiful. As for service, it's certainly subjective... When the writer arrived, the officers served professionally according to the main duties of service even though the situation at that time was quite busy, overflowing and congested. Professionalism...that is the author's positive note regarding public services in the health sector belonging to the Demak Regional Government. So far..this public health center gives the writer good experience. Thank you!

Next time, if you don't open the service, say at the beginning when registering, the patient has been waiting for 2 hours, suddenly the service is closed, is the employee sick or the patient?? Puskesmas employees are the ones who pay the state using public money, if they work at least according to the SOP, and 5S is used. Dear Mr and Mrs civil servants... Thank you for your unpleasant experience

Fast service, no hassle, no long queues, no dusel, not like community health center 1, everything is complicated. There are enough seats, go there for the booster vaccine, on Saturday, half past 8 in the morning they are already serving. Minus: there's only one bathroom and it's unisex, if possible, give it some carbolic acid so it smells good.

Bad service, old, unfriendly. From the screening, registration, examination, to the doctor, everyone was fierce. Judes. Especially in the inspection section. It's like entering a tiger's cage. The anamnesis section is fierce. The doctor who examined him was also stern. Even though the doctor is still young.

I have been a resident of Wijaya Kusuma 2 Demak since I was little. Coincidentally, I now live in Semarang because I share my husband's domicile. Actually, this is the third time I have had a need at the Demak III Community Health Center. And three of them always get unsatisfactory service. As a community service, of course the attitudes and attitudes of Community Health Center III workers have an impact on customers. When we enter the first health center we are checked for blood pressure and temperature and asked for personal data. Then it is not clear where to be directed and where to put/take a number or what and so on it is also not clear. If the health center is quiet, we can go straight to the counter and ask. But what if it's busy? Not possible of course. So, please explain again where and what the next steps are? Because for people who rarely go to health centers, of course they don't know. Then I happened to enter the laboratory several times. There I received inappropriate treatment. If you don't have a local ID card, can you check/come to the puskesmas? How ridiculous. The workers at Community Health Center III are fierce and rude. This is the 3rd time I have encountered something bad there. And. I hope the service will be improved more quickly. Must be able to develop following the movements of other health centers too.

The service is very unsatisfactory... because it takes too long to register and queue for medicine... poor sick patients, they should be treated immediately but instead they queue for too long at registration... please improve the service... the staff are also not friendly...
