We were invited for a working dinner here and it was a great experience. The servers were one of the best I have seen and their service was impeccable. Right from pouring the wines to taking our orders to serving our meal. The food was excellent and the dessert just fantastic. One of my best experiences in Katowice.

The room decirated in retro style, wichury is nice. No cvidivle pługa especially near the night stands, No coffe machine in the room or even kettle. Not very comfortable shower you can bump the door of the shower over the toilet what can lead to very bad consequences...stuff need some trainings as for the 5 star hotel there a lot of small details, or maybe it's just soft skills of the stuff, that made me feel not very welcomed. No own parking , they propose outside parking near by for 100zl per day.

Very good hotel. Only there were no electricity plug at the bed and there were some silver fishes in the bathroom. On this then 4 Stars in total.

Great decor, excellent food, and professional service. If you're in katowice and looking for a fine dining experience, I can heartily recommend the restaurant at Monopol hotel. The day we went, unfortunately there was an event so we were unable to dine upstairs where the beautiful glass roof is and the downstairs area was a bit empty, but everything else was fantastic and I would definitely visit again.

ACs don't work well and need lot of maintenance. TVs has no variety of channels. Breakfast the same everyday. Friendly staff. Clean rooms

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Rooms are big, comfortable, warm. The bed and pillows are excellent. The gym is comparable to a regular gym with absolutely all the stuff you need. People are nice and helpful in every occasion Anyway I highly recommend this hotel !

Absolutely the best hotel in Katowice. Nice bar but could be opened longer. Also the breakfast quality decreased quite a bit over last 4-5 years.

5-star hotel with 5-star service. The dining lounge is center of attention. It's like a big sun room with glass roof. Don't miss the breakfast there. Just one low point, the electric plugs in the rooms are not strategically located.

Excellent services. Spacey rooms, well furnished, clean, details cured, top breakfast, very kind and attentive staff, laundry service very efficient. The one below was the most beautiful room I ever got. Not all are like this, but the style is always the same.

Nicely reconstructed historical building. Looks very classy. Room was spacious and we'll equipped. Close to railway station and city center. Wide selection of food at breakfast, great coffee. Nothing to complain really. Perhaps the price. I felt bad for my company paying so much for basically bed and breakfast, so next time I will find some humbler place. But if you don't mind the price, it's a great choice.

I liked the hotel in general but in the breakfast you need to pay extra for a fresh orange juice, the gym is quite dark in the basement with many machines also a bit old types that make the room too full. The people are very nice and friendly.
