We were waiting for quite awhile, the order was messed up (different type of mcmuffin received). The interior is pretty average and not very comfortable. We cannot evaluate the service as we ordered the food through the self-service checkout.

McDonald's always the best option to eat both tasty, filling and cheap. This one is not an exception. On the contrary, I found the atmosphere really well-made: appropriate colour scheme with few images; plenty of room; idealistic lighting. Surprisingly, the food served was even better than expected as for fast-food, so highly recommend this place visiting for any occasion!

Was “lucky” to have a meal here. I would never recommend it to anyone! All the burgers and other stuff are made without any gloves(hats and masks are also a MUST). Not the first time seeing a cook preparing food with bare hands. When I asked the administrator about that issue she answered “we wash our hands” and left. Do they live in the 2000s not knowing about any rules? What about covid? I swear I've never seen something like that. McDonald’s is known for its great and fast service but probably not in Katowice. Ew.

Very nice breakfast options, clean and neat place, very convenient location.

Overall, it a good places and spacious. Foreigner are welcomed and staff is kind and speaks English, which is really hard to find.

Cant order food to table ever, slow service and dirty. As old mcdonalds worker i am not sure what is going on i here but i am sure nothing good
