For the look I giveing the maximum score. No doubt this is a coolest looking building in Katowice. I haven't been inside so don't no about it. I like the diamond shape texture on the lower part of the top. The surrounding are is also full of interesting attractions such as the Silesian Insurgents Monument, and others. Have a good walk around this place.

Very interesting place where concerts and games take place suite often. Right next to it is a "Green Platform" where you can go and see the city from above. The place is very big and can fit a lot of people.

I have visited Spodek for IEM Katowice 2022 and this place is great. It looks really cool from the outside with its unique design (pity I didn't take a photo from a distance). Inside it is huge, very modern arena with comfortable chairs, lots of toilets and more than enough places to buy something to eat, drink or just chill. It's very good for huge events.

A historical and monumental Are a for multidiverse events like concerts, sport and theme venues like IEM (Intel Extreme Masters). A real symbol of Katowice in and its most central spot.

old fashioned and legendary, on the smaller side compared to other modern concert venues. the sound, facilities and organisation of traffic are perfect, just tends to get hot inside sometimes

It’s huge! I was there for a plant market as you can see on the photo! It was amazing. A lot of space, nice natural sun light! Easy to get here but I leave in the Katowice so I came here by foot don’t know about parking spots but I saw few ;)

No alcohol, great speakers and screen placement, along with all the special equipment. The building is nice and round, and outside of the "arena" is easy to go around with all the shops and stands. Bathrooms clean and large, flushing system slightly unusual. Staff knew what to do to keep people off stairs, and were kind. Really felt unique, like a ufo :).

Don’t be fooled by the south-facing side of it! The saucer is angled at its worst here. However, from the west side, you can see the mix of materials as well as the angling and the concourse.

Good place to hang around in the center of Katowice. A lot of teenagers are there, pretty atmosphere and little kiosks to grab some drink from

Wonderful setting, tram service that stops directly outside very modern feel,if you turn on a 360 degree circle?you can see two monuments and a history of coal mining in the area and ultra modern buildings, you can see how wonderful the changing face of Katowice is.

Interesting architecture design of the arena that looks like a UFO. Katowice’s most famous landmark.

Great place and show but security (Fosa) should be more kind, and snack/beer prices are little too high for what you get. Another thing is lack of direct parking but it's not far away (about 600m).

After two days of very troublesome traveling to get to the Spodek and finally watch the IEM Katowice of CS:GO, I expected to be able to relax and enjoy how special this tournament is for esports. Opposite, I arrived to find quite a few very rude members of staff, mainly security. This is a very international event, with people coming from everywhere to watch It. Yet, none of the security members seemed to speak at least basic english at all, nothing. I found myself being shouted at in Polish in multiple situations for no reason at all. I've been left particularly sad because at the end of the last match of the night, they were doing interviews, and the right grandtand had closer view of It. This was one of my favourite players being interviewed at that moment, who was gonna be the only chance to see him -Twistzz-, so I moved towards that area to watch It better. It was whithin my same ticket area that I moved along, and there was freedom of movement at all times across It for the whole event. And yet, even though I was simply standing there watching the interview in an allowed area and though THE EVENT WAS NOT DONE, a lady and other security members started shouting at us in Polish and pointing that we had to leave. No explanation, no manners at all. Again, the event was NOT DONE, I was waiting a permitted area for public, behind all security fences and literally doing nothing wrong other than trying to enjoy the show. People were not allowed to finish watching the event we have paid for. This hasn't been an isolated case because in another moment, I was waiting at the bottom of my grandstand for my pizza downstairs to be ready. It was half round so I couldn't go up to my seat without disturbing others, so I waited there for like 5 seconds when another angry security lady pointed a lantern at my face and shouting at me in Polish too even when I said I didn't speak It. Other people was standing in the same place and didn't get told off; It was NOT obstructing the way or anyone's sight at all, that's why I stopped there. Just nonsense again, what need is there to treat people like that. Finally, my friend fell face down the stairs while security members watched and didn't even flinch or did nothing to help/worry ar all. Other than that, media and production was excellent as always. I'm just deeply saddened by the staff's attitude and carelessness with the people and their own job.

Visited Spodek in 2019 and was extremely impressed. It was full of life! The building is incredible.

Nice, really big arena. Nothing special about it. We met our expectations. Possible to drink outside of spodek arena, lot of Zabka and Biedronka markets.

Nicely constructed and very well located hall. We also really appreciated that parking was free for a concert we went there. Unfortunately I can't rate it higher than 3 because of the acoustics. We went there for a Porcupine tree/Steven Wilson concert, who is famous for amazing sound, but compared to the ones I've seen this was bad. Whoever was responsible for the amplifying of this concert should be fired ASAP.

Good accoustics, clear sings leading to particular sectors. Yet, the numbers of rows should be bigger and illuminated, because it’s hard to see it even when the light is still on.

Fantastic unique looking building with great public transport options nearby, lots of green spaces surrounding it, and plenty of empty space out front for a big crowd to gather before and after events, definitely worth seeing

The stadium famous for COP 24 UNFCCC 2018. More than 40000 participants came for this event from all over the world. The biggest climate conference.

From early 80's this is my favorite place for any music events, concerts or even volley ball world championships. Very unique place with great acoustic and really good features like for example ice rink. Nearby is great place to visit as well - labyrinth, National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra and many more :)
