After
two
days
of
very
troublesome
traveling
to
get
to
the
Spodek
and
finally
watch
the
IEM
Katowice
of
CS:GO,
I
expected
to
be
able
to
relax
and
enjoy
how
special
this
tournament
is
for
esports.
Opposite,
I
arrived
to
find
quite
a
few
very
rude
members
of
staff,
mainly
security.
This
is
a
very
international
event,
with
people
coming
from
everywhere
to
watch
It.
Yet,
none
of
the
security
members
seemed
to
speak
at
least
basic
english
at
all,
nothing.
I
found
myself
being
shouted
at
in
Polish
in
multiple
situations
for
no
reason
at
all.
I've
been
left
particularly
sad
because
at
the
end
of
the
last
match
of
the
night,
they
were
doing
interviews,
and
the
right
grandtand
had
closer
view
of
It.
This
was
one
of
my
favourite
players
being
interviewed
at
that
moment,
who
was
gonna
be
the
only
chance
to
see
him
-Twistzz-,
so
I
moved
towards
that
area
to
watch
It
better.
It
was
whithin
my
same
ticket
area
that
I
moved
along,
and
there
was
freedom
of
movement
at
all
times
across
It
for
the
whole
event.
And
yet,
even
though
I
was
simply
standing
there
watching
the
interview
in
an
allowed
area
and
though
THE
EVENT
WAS
NOT
DONE,
a
lady
and
other
security
members
started
shouting
at
us
in
Polish
and
pointing
that
we
had
to
leave.
No
explanation,
no
manners
at
all.
Again,
the
event
was
NOT
DONE,
I
was
waiting
a
permitted
area
for
public,
behind
all
security
fences
and
literally
doing
nothing
wrong
other
than
trying
to
enjoy
the
show.
People
were
not
allowed
to
finish
watching
the
event
we
have
paid
for.
This
hasn't
been
an
isolated
case
because
in
another
moment,
I
was
waiting
at
the
bottom
of
my
grandstand
for
my
pizza
downstairs
to
be
ready.
It
was
half
round
so
I
couldn't
go
up
to
my
seat
without
disturbing
others,
so
I
waited
there
for
like
5
seconds
when
another
angry
security
lady
pointed
a
lantern
at
my
face
and
shouting
at
me
in
Polish
too
even
when
I
said
I
didn't
speak
It.
Other
people
was
standing
in
the
same
place
and
didn't
get
told
off;
It
was
NOT
obstructing
the
way
or
anyone's
sight
at
all,
that's
why
I
stopped
there.
Just
nonsense
again,
what
need
is
there
to
treat
people
like
that.
Finally,
my
friend
fell
face
down
the
stairs
while
security
members
watched
and
didn't
even
flinch
or
did
nothing
to
help/worry
ar
all.
Other
than
that,
media
and
production
was
excellent
as
always.
I'm
just
deeply
saddened
by
the
staff's
attitude
and
carelessness
with
the
people
and
their
own
job.
