The place is clean, the staff is nice and helpful. Lots of shower cabins, the only downside is that the locker room is quite narrow, probably because there are a lot of lockers. I use the gym quite rarely, but there is plenty of equipment and it is functional. Group classes are great, instructors conduct them with commitment and an appropriate approach to the client. I recommend classes with Basia J, trampolines or TBC with Ola - she is a volcano of energy. If you already have your favorite classes, it's hard to go to another one :)

Good place

For the first time, I am very pleased. Relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff and a lot of cool exercise equipment. Everywhere is perfectly clean and the devices are well-kept. The locker rooms are very nice, including an accessible sauna. I visited this place in the evening - there were very few people, which is an advantage for me. The pass costs about PLN 100, but there are also discounts for students, so it is very profitable. Nothing but practice! I recommend!

Great new gym in Katowice. I've used the gym while in Katowice for business. Nice large space, clean environment. Would be nice to have towel service, but that is something not seen often at gyms in Poland, unlike in the U.S. regardless, still one of the best gyms in Katowice.

There is most of what you need

The best gym I've ever been to. The fact is that it was much better after opening - for the first six months. Why? Trainers always willing to help, there was never a problem getting weighed, always clean and tidy... now, unfortunately, no matter what time I would come - there are no trainers. To weigh yourself, you have to go and ask the girls at the reception, medium business.

Good location, professionalism of trainers and classes, large selection of exercise equipment

The staff at the reception, most of the staff who run classes, are great. Basia J., Adrian, Aga Bata. I recommend. The salsation classes that take place on Saturday did not make a positive impression on me. They should be fun, but people only get discouraged. Too fast for someone who's new. I also heard such opinions in the locker room. Maybe it's worth considering a beginner's group so that others have a chance to catch up with the advanced ones. The downside is the lack of parking spaces, but it's almost downtown so that's forgivable. It's still clean - compared to 3 ponds. A big plus is that the showers are closed. A towel hook would be nice.
