St. Stephen's Orthodox Syrian Church (Kattanam Valiyapally) is a parish of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church (Member of the Oriental Orthodox Church) This is home parish to 1500+ families living in and around Kattanam. People from all races, castes and religion come here to pray for their near and dear. The feast of St Stephen is commemorated with utmost importance on the 3rd week of January every year for which thousands gather and receive blessings.
