WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN. Not even worth 500 rs rooms. So rude manager. It’s a very cheap standard room and property. Don’t even check them if you want to stay atleast in a basic room with good facilities. NOT WORTH THE PRICE IN THAT AREA. Will make you wait for hours before check-in. Will tell you a price during check-in and then the manager will charge you extra through phone call. It’s a scam. Please don’t fall. Don’t even book once

I booked the hotel theough agoda. The first thing is check-in time. It says 24 hrs. on agoda. I also confirmed by calling directly to the hotel. The receptionist says you can check-in anytime as it's 24 hrs. When i reached there in morning around 7 am, he said it's from 12 pm and the hotel manager is simply refused to checked us in. The manager was too rude to even entertain our request. A horrible experience at Bakya slot. Completely NO to stay.

The worst ever experience, ever had in my life. The manager initially accepted and booked the room for one amount but later he asked to pay more , and once i refused he said sorry no rooms are available anymore. This happened on 22/07/2023 night @9:50pm. I have stayed in many places. But have never experienced such behaviour at all, he cornered and asked me to pay more. If the property owner sees this, kindly take action on this issue

Very honest feedback. Don't go for breakfast as not even worth 30 rs. Hotel guest not allowed to take red chutney, not allowed to take more than 2 vada( smallest vada i have ever seen in my life), all food cold. Though they say they will recharge tv channels but they are not willing to even spend 2 rs on customers. No brush, no paste. I hope they improve their services.

Its was a great experience staying in this hotel. The staffs are really nice and supportive. Rooms are also quite nice and well maintained. My stay over here was a v nice experience you can look for it.

Guys! Pl don’t prefer this hotel. The room was not good for the price. Tiles was damaged and uneven surface. I had a visitor( Makeup person for doing make up) for my room that too for few hours, they are making an additional cost. No car and bike parking too. Management is poor.

I has booked for family function(baby shower) at party hall with food (non veg). Very worst experience. Totally waste of money. Poor food preparation and also no proper arrangements and cook doesn't know how to cook... Really don't book food for functions. Rather than food hall is clean because it's new. No sound system at hall.

There is so many things wrong in this place. 1st when talked over phone he said for a single person the room is Rs. 1800/- but when i asked him to negotiate a bit then he was ok with Rs. 1600/-. Then suddenly plans changed for my husband and he was also coming with me. When we checked in, he said the room rent is Rs. 2500. Then we said in goibibo its showing Rs. 1800/- per night. Then he said if its 2PM to next day 10AM, then its Rs. 1800, as we have came in night 12am, thats why the amount is more. I was okey. As i was staying for more than a week, i asked them for day 1, you can take Rs. 2500 but from next day onwards make it Rs. 1800. But they didn't listen and as we had a lot of luggages and i had health issues, we couldn't move from that place. 2nd problem.. In every hotel we expect them to provide food whenever we want. But they denied and said only between time 7am till 10pm, room service is available. We were ok with that. Then by 3pm we called the restaurant and asked them to bring the menu. They said the restaurant is closed by 2pm. And in the entrance its written, outside food is not allowed. What someone is supposed to do at that time. Next day by 1pm we asked them to bring the menu. They said only curd rice is available. How in a restaurant only curd rice is available. Nothing else. And they are spamming us with per day Rs. 2500/- 3rd problem.. For bathroom amenities the hand wash, sampoo and soap is the same liquid. And every night there will be cockroaches in the bathroom. For 8days we stayed and i had experienced the worst hotel in this whole world. If i had chance i would have given a negative rating. One star is also too much for the service they have provided.

*The receptionist of night shift who was present during our check in was very rude...when we were asking questions he was showing irritation while answering...that was really humiliating *Rooms were not well maintained.... there were cockroaches in the room.. * bedsheets, pillow covers were stained... smelling...they changed it next day when we asked...but those were stained also * There was no basic amenity.. ---- No water heater/tea bag/milk sachet/sugar sachet.... ---- No soap, shampoo sachet Nowadays the above amenities are available in all hotels..they are taking 2500 per room for 2people they should have these basic services * Telephone was not working properly.. *Difficult to order food ...they don't have most of the recipies written in the menu card...I tried to order kulcha for dinner consecutively 3 days but they told only phulka/chapati available * I stayed for three days...and the complimentary breakfast had 3 items ..2 items were same all 3 days

Worst service. Receptionist so rude. Worst room facilities. Totally money waste. On the same bill we'll get a good star hotel.

The reason for such a low rating - 1. The staff of the night shift behave very rudely. He remains frustrated all the time. 2. They charge extra even if anyone stays for 1 hour more after spending 24 hours. 3. The bedding and pillow covers were stained 4. Though complimentary, breakfast items are always of 3 types. 5. No tea bag, water kettle, shampoo etc. basic amenities. 6. Lipstick marks on the door of the washroom 7. Telephone not working properly 8. All the dishes mentioned in the menu are not available.

The management over here so pathetic that one should never stay. Even after rate confirmation before check in and during check in, when i want to make payment they make stories and ask for higher amount. Kindly avoid this place. Nothing great about here. Food is bad and even the towels they use to clean washroom and wash and give to guests. Totally unacceptable

Worst experience only idli breakfast... For idly also need to wait.... Pasta available but not to eat only for look's,....Worst tiffens worst experiance... No coffee no tea....room's check in 12.00pm if we come before 12pm no waiting room's no external rest room's if emergency no room service's...food to Room's also Worest ...🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was excellent, impeccably clean. The morning complimentary breakfast featuring idli, vada, upma, sambar, and delicious chutney was a delightful start to the day. Responses is very delay. The problem I showed regarding in washroom not solved after stayed for 3days also. Breakfast not worthy and very important even in my 3 day stay no one was there in the breakfast hall to check who came went ,what is finished is it to refill needed. Overall if you look only for room is Goo for quite stay. Apart not worth service and cost to the room

Excellent customer service... Had a great time in roof top.. though roof top was not fully functional - they served us in rooftop which i appreciate.. I would recommend this hotel P.s menu has limited options

The room given for triple sharing is too small on complaining the hotel staff asked us to book a seperate room and pay additional .The room smells of cigrette ,the washroom walls are stained and unclean .There were no drinking water and towels in the room. There is no 24*7 hot water available .On asking they said towels are out of stock and then arranged for one towel for three people .The bed in the room is shaky and one side of the bed is dented .We had checked in at 9 .30a.m. while checkin they had not informed us about early check in charges .In the Evening they wanted us to pay the early checkin charges immediately despite of we paying them in advance for our entire hotel stay of next 5 days with them .We agreed for paying early check-in charges at time of check out .The hotel staff was adamant the charges needs to be settled right now .The man at the reception was very rude to us when we complained about the room given to us . On enquiring over call prior booking it was informed the check in and check out will 24 hrs .Overall pathetic stay ,worst experience ever in all my hotel stay done so far . They lack hospitality .Please don't go for this hotel waste of money .

Nice place to stay in Maraimalai nagar Chennai. If someone is looking for a hotel to stay for work in FORD industrial area then it is the best nearest hotel. As Bakya slot is located on road it is easy to get public transport from here.

I feel Best experience in this hotel and safe and safety The staff are very kindly and we are all respectfully & working. This hotel given a 24hrs hot water, morning food, best Mattress and soft cloth was very clean but the fees was expensive but the fees was affordable I will appreciate the workers and staffs. I stayed here for the offical meeting purposes for 2 & half days with my office employee best price rate for AC rooms , good room services on time friendly environment from the receptionist I would like to give 4.5 star thanks suhi and rest other staff maintain the same further I would like to suggest this hotel for my frds and family members

I had booked a room for one night and stayed there on 19th September 2021. Rooms are good but TV was not working. After continuous chasing to reception, it got started after 3-4 hours. Restaurant is horrible. I have ordered one tea, which served to me after one hour after lots of calls to reception and Restaurant. When ordered tea 2nd time, it was informed that milk is not available after almost half an hour. Another time when coffee was ordered it was served cold. I had visited Restaurant to have my lunch. Ordered placed and waited for more than half an hour but could not get. Atlast left Restaurant without taking lunch. Restaurant service is very pathetic, needs to improve. At the time of morning breakfast tables were found dirty. Cups were not there at tea counter.

The hotel is generally good. Bathrooms can be a loy more cleaner. Serving of breakfast also needs a lot more to ve done. Rooms are good. A ketyle to make tea or coffee is desirable. A small refrigerator to keep a bottles of water can make it better. Overall it is a good place to stay if you come to SRM university.
