This place is located in first floor. They had Friday unlimited offer, 269 for veg/person & 299 for non-veg/person. Since we were hungry, we wanted to give the unlimited a try. There are 2 varieties of pizza on both Veg and Non-veg category. Rule is unlimited pizza, no sharing, should also eat the crumbs. Once you finish the pizza you can order one more. The size of pizza was big and it was a challenge to complete it. We ordered one extra pizza and at the end had to share it due to the size of pizza. They offer Pepsi along with the pizza and it's also unlimited. The pizza tasted great and contrary to our expectations the toppings were generous. The ambience was good and the staffs were very courteous. Ultimately a very good experience.

Nice and clean ambience. Excellent service. As usual, Pizza hut tastes best. Wednesdays 50% offer on pizzas are a good deal. Parking is little tough during peak hours and weekends. Cheese garlic breads are my favourites. No mojitos are available.

I ordered mushroom pasta and chicken pasta..both the food were very disappointing...theres no chicken at all in chicken pasta..the quantity was also too less for the cost..moreover the food was burnt ...even a roadside food would be better in packaging I guess..made feel like not to order anymore from pizza hut..if you want to get money ask direct in streets don’t try to give spoiled food to us…there is no refund too

In summary, while the food, specifically the chicken Tikka pizza, was okay, the numerous issues with amenities, hygiene, and service severely marred the overall dining experience. There's a clear need for significant improvement in these areas for this restaurant chain outlet to provide a satisfactory dining experience.

The place is nice and clean. The quality of pizza was very good. They taste delicious as usual. The garlic bread and pasta were great add on. The staff was polite and friendly. The service was quick. Overall it is a small, lovely and cozy place to hangout.

Disappointing Service at Pizza Hut I recently visited Pizza Hut with my family and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite there being only three or four customers in the restaurant, the staff was severely understaffed, with only two people managing everything. From the moment we entered, it was evident that the limited staff were overwhelmed. The restaurant was in dire need of cleaning, tables were dirty, and there were unwashed dishes piled up. It was disheartening to witness the lack of attention given to basic cleanliness. To make matters worse, the two employees on duty were responsible for not just cleaning but also taking orders, preparing food, and serving customers. As a result, the entire process was slow and inefficient. We waited for more than 20 minutes without anyone attending to us or even taking our order. Perhaps the most frustrating part of the experience was the inability to settle the bill. Despite our efforts to get someone's attention, it seemed impossible to find a staff member to assist us. After waiting for an extended period, we realized that it was futile, and we decided to leave. As a loyal customer, this level of service was extremely disappointing. Pizza Hut is known for its quality food and efficient service, but this visit fell far below expectations. It's understandable that staffing issues can arise, but the management should have made arrangements to ensure a smooth operation even during peak hours. I hope Pizza Hut addresses these issues promptly to avoid similar incidents in the future. Customers should be able to enjoy a pleasant dining experience without being subjected to long waits, inadequate cleaning, and a lack of staff presence.

I prefer not to repeat going. I have not had that kind worse pizza in pizza Hut as per my whole experience it's always better than domino's. This centre is just ridiculous, no hygiene. No body will take bother to clean tables, no body face looks like they are interested to serve their customer. Pizza was so tasteless, I personally asked for salt, that salt came after I finished half pizza. If you ask for water, they might consider it as diamond. Do not go please...

Clean and Hygienic interior, fast and efficient service. Good location with car parking space. Standard menus and quality of food is fine. could be better if salads are included in menu and also seen few staffs not wearing masks which is of big concern. Mgmt should maintain all covid Protocols.

I ordered 2 vegetable cheese pizzas, paneer pizza and golden corn pizza through Zomato.The packaging was quite okay but the cheese got overloaded on the pizza crust. I recommend to go for non vegetarian pizza as they have multiple options out of it.

Very poor quality pizzas. Garlic bread sticks were hard. The paneer tastes old. The AC was not working. The tables were sticky and dirty. 2 of us have got a stomach bug after eating there.

We come regularly yo this place, but now they know holidays when we are ordering coen pizza they are telling not available!! Last time also other products are not available and no proper response from the team whom they are in billing and manager also not taking care of the guest!! Which is not far since we came we force to have to order since we came with kids!! Pls take care of the services so that u will gets the guest!!

Even though the place was crowded, the service staff managed to deliver our triple chicken pizza in 15 minutes. Place feels congested as there are approx 10 tables and little too close to each other. Air conditioning was off due to current covid-19 restrictions, with no proper ventilation we had to quickly finish our pizza and exit for fresh air.

Situation nearby samsung showroom. Have car n bike parking. Good ambience. Have a restroom, it's in first floor, I hope it's not wheelchair accessible kindly check with outlet. Great service, pricing similiar to other familiar chain outlets. Good place to hangout for a while, checkout promotional offers prior to visit.

Ambience is very good and you have only small and medium size puzzas not large but looks very good menu with varities

I've been here three times, the last one was particularly disappointing(visited on 26/3/23). Reasons: 1) The pizza shown in the picture is supposed to be their "Double paneer supreme". Evidently, there are just small bits of paneer and barely any cheese on it. So yeah, they are pretty miserly with cheese and consistency is quite poor. 2) The condiment containers were extremely sticky and disgusting, I infact asked him to bring the takeaway type condiment sachets. 3) The crust isnt toasted enough at times, it disintegrated when a slice was picked up. Usually, better service is given for higher bill amounts(at almost all places). Our bill was around 1500rs. If that doesn't deserve good service, then this place isn't recommendable for middle class families.

Very poor service on the weekend. I had this experience more than 5 times. They will not take orders on time, we will not get all the Verity, sometime they will send us back without taking orders. Staff don't use gloves when cooking. Once it took one hour to prepare 2 pizza. They will not hear with patients when we order.
