Staff was kind and helpful. Very caring people. Dr BiBi was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and understanding and treats patients with empathy and compassion. I highly recommend if you are wanting someone who actually treats you like they care. They also have a tablet to check in which definitely is convenient and you don’t have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. Leslie in front desk is very kind as well. The medical assistant was super sweet as well. I don’t remember her name. Thank you ladies for being so gentle w/ the care of my daughter.

Desiree the medical assistant was very professional and attentive to my concerns. She was humorous and empathetic. The wait time was not long and I was seen in a reasonable time by the nurse practitioner, Manila who was also professional and informed me of my medical concern and she was not dismissive of my issue. As a first timer at this clinic, I would rate five stars for first impression and would recommend this clinic .

Leslie had exceptional customer service. It was a quick walk-in even as a new patient so no need for an appointment. I was treated by Dr. Bibi who took her time to identify the cause of my visit and was really nice. I’ll definitely be coming back when necessary.

A doctor that actually listens to you! I've gone to many doctors over the years who try to tell me I don't know my body, but not here. I'll never go anywhere else in the future. Shout-out to the amazing nurse who was working the front desk AND checking people's vitals. She was incredibly kind and hardworking!

This is the 2nd time I have been to Zion Urgent Care. It’s conveniently located and they take my VA insurance. Both times they were efficient, clean, polite, and took the time to explain things and hear my concerns. I highly recommend them if you ever need urgent care services.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very quick check in for a new patient. The nurse and doctor were great! Had to get sutures and the care was great!

I've taken my mother and daughter to this place on 2 different visits. They are respectful and very professional. No waiting and EXTREMELY clean and so nice. Dr. Teddy was so good with my 7 year old daughter as well as my 70+ year old mother. You can tell they care about every person that walks in. Thank you!

Dr. Teddy listened and made me feel he cared. His staff was wonderful, and the prices were very affordable as a self pay patient. I have found my go-to clinic for when I'm not feeling well. The Christian atmosphere was a very pleasant and welcome bonus. I highly recommend it.

The doctor does not speak perfect English, He speaks Jesus! He is but a human, but he consults with the Healer of broken hearts so every treatment is trustworthy. The place is clean and bright and patients are treated with dignity and honor. Immediately making Dr. Teddy my company physician!

After feeling dissatisfied with a different Doctor, Dr. Teddy provided me with a 2d opinion and was honest, passionate, and communicated well.Him and his staff make you feel important and valued which is needed when seeking care.I highly recommend him and his team, and am very thankful for his care. I have never been to an urgent that has denied service before. Today that changed. I went to this urgent care on Monday for an ingrown toenail. The Doctor said to take antibiotics for at least 48 hours and come back before they cut the nail. I went back today after being on antibiotics for 72 hours and the nurse practitioner who saw me refused to perform the service. Even after looking at the doctor's notes. I would not recommend them. You should go somewhere else even if it's a linger drive.

Dr. Teddy is such a sweet and comforting doctor to talk to. I didn't have to wait but a few short minutes before I was taken to a room and then shortly after the nurse left, the doctor arrived! He was genuinely caring and wanted to help with any and all issues I was having. Cierra and Desiree are also incredibly kind and helpful staff that made me feel immediately welcome and were able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. This is the best urgent care experience I've ever encountered. Highly recommend!
