Came here today (July 15) for my mom’s birthday we arrived right at 11:05 am. We’re a party of 3 adults and two kids. Just to be seated the guy and girl up front looked confused on where to seat us as if the restaurant was crowded. So after a few minutes they finally sat us down and gave us menus . WE WAITED 20 MINUTES WITH NO SERVICE OR NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT FROM STAFF!! I warned my mom before coming here I read the reviews and they were terrible!! Good thing Cheesecake Factory is next door we went there where we were seated and serviced right away!

This is one of those restaurants that you definitely go for the ambiance and experience rather than the food. Kids of all ages will enjoy sitting in the dark forest with animals and sounds all around. My kids loved when there was a thunderstorm and the animals would go wild! Our service was good and our waitress was nice, but the food isn't great. I got the chicken fajitas and they were super bland. Almost no seasoning on the chicken. The rest of our table had basic food as well. There are a lot of photo opportunities which is the best part. I came for my kids to experience it but wouldn't choose to dine here with just adults.

This was such a fun experience for my son, mom and me. We have lived here our entire lives, but never tried Rainforest Cafe until now. My son is young, so he thoroughly enjoyed the sights, sounds, lights, and movements of the animals. We went around 4pm on a Friday, so it wasn't crowded at all. As an educator, I would find it hard for some children if they were highly sensitive to lights and sounds, but hopefully restaurant goers with children with these sensitivities know in advance. A little girl near our table was scared to sit near the "detailed" gorillas (as my son said), but my child loved it. Just be aware. We loved the shooting stars and the children's options on the menu. My mom's fish and chips were really good and my salad was fresh. It was a fun, atmosphere for my son and a chance to talk about animals and related topics. Very friendly server and hostesses.

Food was mixed quality. Definitely not worth the price. Turkey sandwich had very little turkey. Removed most of the bread and tomato to make a better sandwich.

The food was good. Amazing Atmosphere. My kids love it. There is only one problem with the kids' menu they putting mac an cheese as the main dish to add aside to it same like muched potatoes, the pasta as well. I recommend putting all the protein as a main dish and any thingelse as a side. It doesn't make any sense to put pasta and mashed potatoes as a meal to child 😒.

I took two pre-teens here and they liked it. The service was superb, and both waiter hostess surely earned their tips well. However, the food is just the regular run-of-the-mill food that can be found at any other restaurant. Surely caters to the age group. The food prices without a doubt reflect the brand and the experience; not the quality. On the other hand, the adventure appetizer is so large that, together with only one plate would satisfy a party of three.

Super friendly service, and always good food! The chicken is out of this world good.. and the mini chi chi's are probably my absolute favorite!

The hostess had no clue as to what she was doing. Several guests were upset. After numerous complaints a manager finally came and started seating guests. This place was not busy at all but we were originally given an hour wait to be seated. After being seated it took about 15 minutes for our waitress to come take our drink orders and another 15 minutes for us to get our drinks. The alcoholic beverages were ordered were watered down I think they forgot to put the alcohol in the drinks. The kitchen did get our food out rather quickly after our orders were placed. I like the ambiance of the Rainforest Cafe. The sounds and decor really brings the rainforest experience to life. Service could be better. The food is okay nothing spectacular, mostly fried foods and pick ups. You come here for the experience no so much for the food. The kids will enjoy it and there’s plenty of photos ops.

My wife and I shared a platter of beef and chicken fajitas with a few trimmings, flour tortillas, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, beans and rice. Our grandbaby enjoyed looking around and her mom and dad shared another fajita combo plate. They keep it pretty dark to help you think you're in a jungle so my pics are few and dark.

Great place. Claudia was a great server and was able to guide us through the menu and tell us top picks. The atmosphere is vibrant especially when the artificial thunder comes. My daughter loved the cha cha cup!! It didn’t work at first however the server helped solve the problem by taking off the straw blocker.

The ambiance of this place is extraordinary. The kids absolutely love it. The food is just ok but the service.. I came in and asked for a table. The hostess told me it would be 25 minutes. I saw lots of empty tables inside but as someone who was a hostess once upon a time I understand that sometimes you just don’t have enough servers. I came out and told my friend that. She decided to come in and ask just in case but this time they said that they did have a table. What?? So for me it was 25 minutes wait and for the next person that came a minute after me they had a table?? When the hostess saw that we were together she gave me a look… the type of look that you wouldn’t eat the food if she was your server. Such an awkward experience.
