    Overall hotel is nice, rooms smell like mildew, moved 4 times, area by elevated smell like sewage, until we told front desk about. Keys barely worked for side door, had to scan multiple times until open. No compensation or anything was offered by general manager. The hotel itself isnice, customer services is heavily lacking, will never stay at this location again. We left the night before check out because of the horrible experiences. No housekeeping ever clean the room, another reason we checked out early. Interent/ TV also went out or several hours as well.

    Checked into room and there was a horrible musty smell. Attendant at desk put a deodorizer sheet in AC unit but smell did not go away. Room was musty and over night my clothes that were hung in the closet got quite wet from humidity. Smell got a bit better but was still there. Did not change beds or put clean towels daily. Bugs came out of ac unit. Never again will I stay in a La Quinta. Breakfast was a joke.

    DISGUSTING!!!! Checked in last Friday night, room smelled horribly of mold/mildew. The smell was completely overwhelming. Rooms were damp and humid. Went to the front desk to see if they would put us in a different room. Front desk clerk was so sweet and gave us 3 room options...they all smelled terrible. We decided to leave and stay at another hotel nearby. This place needs a complete interior overhaul.

    I just woke up to use the restroom upon laying back down i seen a adult size bed bug crawling on my pillow . all rooms they have given me smell sour . the room with the bed bugs had clearly been exterminated the wrong way it was dead bed bugs in the dresser . the hotel is supposed close down fully and exterminate but they clearly havent done that . 3rd floor is HOT now im knowing its because theres a bed bug infestation on the 3rd floor .

    I was very nervous booking here due to the reviews. My friend encouraged me to book anyway and I'm glad I did. Julio checked me in and he was so kind. You can tell he enjoys his career. No bugs, no smell, the elevator was down as mentioned in reviews. It was a good stay. My king room was a lil awkward how they built it, but it was a good stay.

    The staff were nice and friendly. The room they put us in had a strong mildew smell. There was so much humidity in the room as well. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. There were no other rooms available so we ended up leaving.

    Not a bad place to stay. It was across the street from the jobsite I am working on. One elevator is out of order and ,so is one of washers in the laundry room. The breakfast was not good.

    Was a little disappointed with cleanliness, elevator and all flooring where mopped smelled like a sour. Dirty mop! Our room also smelled very moldy☹️ this is probably why I woke up with a bad headache cause im very allergic to mold, mildew! Also the lighting was inadequate for us older folks! We only had 1 decaf. And 1 reg coffee in room to use.

    Welcoming front desk. Helped us find a room and checked us in at 11:15 am. This was precious, as it allowed me to pull together a decent look before meeting an friend that I hadn’t seen for years. Sleep quality was good, as it was quiet. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, but for one night, we didn’t bother to complain. Breakfast was a standard fare. Overall, well worth the price.

    The whole place smells like tick and flea dog collars. It is beyond overwhelming. Drove in late tonight and don't have time to look for another place but first thing in the morning I'm checking out. I expect a full refund as I prepaid for two nights. Put me in room 133. Smelled like a pack of dogs defacated in it minutes prior to me arriving. While the air was palpable wet with dog collar odor. Just standing in the room for 2 minutes the smell had already permanently permeated our clothes and has not left us. They moved me to a different room and this one I'd at a level 7 as opposed to 11. Maybe stop allowing dogs. I was also next door to a barking dog and if it wasn't barking it was whining or I could here the female owner telling her dog to shut up. Unacceptable period. If I don't receive a refund and some sort if compensation for my ruined clothes I will notify the appropriate parties to turn this place inside out with inspections and it will be shut down due obviously hazardous and abhorrent conditions. The place may look clean but can easily be tested levels of toxic chemicals

    The front desk agent Julio and the manager were extremally helpful when we had a change in our plans. They worked with our booking agent and helped change our reservation. They let us stay in the hotel lobby until we needed to leave. THANKS for the excellent service

    The pool is not heated and is freezing cold. They refuse to heat the pool room or water depite it being winter. The entire place stinks like urine, weed, and mildew. Hands down the worst La Quinta I've stayed at. They had to change our room upon arrival. Gross! Never again.

    Clean room. Breakfast okay. Ran out of menu items for 6 days and did not replenish, NOT okay! Would consider staying again.
