Buyer be aware! We did book this hotel based on photos and apparently fake google reviews. Hotel what is shown in photos will not be what you will get. They do mislead mostly everybody by sending you to another hotel which seems to be one of the ugliest in the strip. Their manager Ernest is rude and a manipulator. They have no shame in this cheating and scamming people by not disclosing their accommodations. Hotel is totally overpriced compared to others in the area. There are much better hotels and right on the beach. Area around it is totally a run down area. It looks like a war torn country. Beach is very far from hotel. Swimming pool is tiny. Actually smaller than a typical house pool in North America. All inclusive??? Absolutely a lie!!! Do not book it. Save your money and spend in family owned restaurants in the strip. You have to pay for drinks and coffees throughout restaurants and bars and their beach bar. Total scam!! Please do not come here to frustrate yourself!!

This is live feedback. We booked and paid a month in advance for the New Year Eve dinner and hotel for our family (4 people). The dinner table is outside the building in a smoking area and they said there is no place inside. Neither me nor my wife smokes and we have two small daughters (2 and 4 years old). Nobody seems to care anyway. Room is nice but has started to wear out and no recent reconstruction.

As a young couple with a baby we booked a luxury room for a 4 nights stay with the ALL INCLUSIVE package.. but let me tell you that: when we arrived in the room, no baby bed. When we went at the reception to RE-demand it they said “We don’t have any, just put the baby sleep in the middle” 😂 we had to get angry to finally get one. They came in our room and just left the unassembled crib on the floor. There is no coffee machine, no kettle, a safety deposit box that doesn’t work and one poor bottle of water in the fridge for the whole stay. We found 6 big cockroaches in our room for 4 days, even tho we never left one windows open during the stay, they came from a Hole in the bathroom. There is no shower head in our bathroom. Just imagine to wash a baby in this condition. The floor of the shower is only granite tile, perfectly slippery and dangerous. For 2 buildings, they have 2 baby seats in the whole restaurant. For an all inclusive package you don’t even get real sodas or bottle of water. They put a water dispenser in the middle and a cheap drink machine. The food was OK. For the system of the beach towels rent , every hotel receptionist has a different version. They take the money very easily but to give it back to you it’s a 100 calls history. When you try to get a real conversation about those problems with the receptionists they simply get offended and don’t even dare to apologize. After meeting some other clients of the hotel they had the exact same problems. We felt very confused and disappointed. The hotel looks so good from the outside but nothing is right in the inside. I am sorry to tell you that they take better care of their plants than their clients.

I came to Albania to relax and I choose this hotel based on the reviews and on the fact that I will receive a good service based on the stars that this hotel has. Unfortunately I have to say … this hotel is far away from five star. It was my worst nightmare. Don’t know where to start from… First we booked since April for the August , to go and find out on the eleven of August , that the family room that we booked and paid for,it has to be changed and downgraded to a junior room just because they have other clients booked in three days time… after we spent half a day clarifying this , they finally accommodate me and my children on room 513. In the evening another surprise was waiting for me The sink was liking and the water that was going on the floor was not safe. My child slipped and almost smashed his head… Furthermore after I undress my children to have a shower, I find out that there was no hot water. However because I had a very long day I just went down and asked nicely to check the pressure as its no hot water. They said will do. The next evening after I came back from the pool to shower, thinking that the hot water was fixed, I find out nothing was done. When I call the reception, they send the plumber, which unfortunately didn’t do much as he said as you are on the fifth floor there is no pressure. I had to go and shower to another room . The day before I left someone decided to take my hairband. I call reception and I explain in details what I’m missing and the boy that answered said will check for me. He finished his shift and didn’t do much. In the morning I ask the lady that was at the reception, and all she said was I don’t know anything about it , but will call the cleaner and ask her. They were so unprofessional and not able to solve problems between each other . So had to listen to the cleaner raising her voice and telling me that if the hairband was lost that was my problem , not theirs. After I left they call to say that they find the hairband, but obviously wasn’t my hairband . Clearly nobody listened what I lost and what I wanted. The personnel is very unprofessional and service is miserable. Don’t waste your time and energy by visiting this place....

To dla na był duży plus. Cenimy sobie spokój i zasłużony odpoczynek. W naszym odczuciu to właśnie obsługa hotelowa stwarza tam świetny klimat. To bardzo życzliwi i sympatyczni ludzie. Widać że zależy im na dobrej opinii. Korzystaliśmy z oferty Itaki. Serdecznie polecamy wycieczkę Vlora Cruise. Rejs statkiem, przewodnik Teo - Albanczyk świetnie mówiący po polsku. We just arrived a few hours ago. Except the steak house with its good service, everything is on a very low standard. First of all they forced us to pay in lek and gave us a very bad trading rent. Everything around the hotel is broken and disgusting. The pools are warm and overcrowded. Also the beach is full of plastic and dirt. When we wanted to book a massage, they just increased the price about 30 euros per Person! On the Menu, we saw the “old” price-list. This Hotel ist nice just for 1 Night and to take Fotos from the 2. Building for more I do not recommend! We took 2 Suits because we were as a family 5 person and the request was to be near each other but we where divided in 1 and 5 floor one left side the other right so the biggest difference between the rooms! The personal was not friendly and not helpful at all neither of the 3 shifts... When we arrived they said " just relax you will enjoy your dinner in our Fish restaurant" it was Terrible for 500 € was the dinner under the any level of 5 stars I know it is an Albanien Hotel and Restaurant but 5 Stars are the same I was in Tirana in one hill hotel 3 stars it was as I was in one premium 5+ stars Hotel.... Personal + Performers + rooms is not for the price same range for what you pay!!!! I expected more. Sadly I needed to end my VC before because an a tragic lost at my side but I'm glad that I didn't stayed there for all 5 days it would be not a relax VC for me. Just one thing was nice that are the 2 Messus workers and the closed pool is nice experience my perents in law ( 74 and 83 years) enjoyed it too... Another time No thanks!

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS THAT I HAVE EVER VISITED!! Firstly the staff were very rude, even saying that i should "figure out what time breakfast was" even do they could have very politely just tell what time breakfast is. And also during check-out they were charging extra for things we didn't even do/eat. Thankfully we managed to see this and call them out and we dind't pay the extra money. Secondly, the pool was very small. It's propably a quarter the size of a normal sized pool. Thirdly, the food. Just terrible! I am pretty sure that they just heated some Supermarket food for "breakfast". This hotel claims it is a 5 star hotel but I think they should change it. Change it to a 2 star hotel. WE. ARE. NOT. COMING. BACK! THANKS FOR BREAKING OUR ENTIRE SUMMER FLOWERS HOTEL! 1/5 Stars. Would not reccomend even to my biggest hater!

The overall experience was not as expected. I reserved the Christmas package, but that was not at all a Christmas atmosphere. We really liked the architecture and the mood of the hotel, the rooms were clean and tidy.

We went for dinner to celebrate a family occasion (7 people). Initially i need to say this is not the same flower from before, i am not sure if the owner or management has changed or what has happened, but as things stand the menu is very basic and overpriced. There is barely any choice in eating anything. However regardless of this we did manage to make a order, they did not bring most of the starters, moving on from that, they then also proceeded to then forget to bring half of the peoples main courses, so out of 7 people in our party only 3 ate barely. My suggestion is avoid this over priced and basic place.

Far from sea, small room for a family of three view on the parking lot, biggest rip off they make u pay for room fridge snacks and drinks without telling you that these are extra charge, you'll pay 30 euros for these little things. Sauna, Steam room are closed at 21:00 although they tell you it works until 22:00. Half of the rooms have views on the parking, the other half on swimming pool and other sorrounding bulding. I would not recommend this place based on my experience, other hotels around have better views, rooms and experiences. Also, no cancelation are allowed since payment is 'entered' in their system, so they can not cancel it. Pros include good interior, and good weighters service and attitude.

1 star. Yes… it’s a beautiful place and the staff is friendly like the other reviews say. Unfortunately for us, we came here for the spa, and the “relaxing experience” they promise on the website. When arriving we already heard the sounds of kids playing in a pool. This pool is which they call a spa. There are signs about it being 18+, but when talking to the staff about this they just shrug. It’s noisy, completely full (it’s not even high season) and definitely not a relaxing experience. The garden room with “sea view”, turned out to have a view of an old apartment building and a construction site. Other than that some smaller things to mention: cockroaches in the bathroom, sticky drink-stains from previous guests in the room, a LOT of MOLD in the pool area (in the showers and saunas)

We had a really enjoyable experience here. The staff were all so friendly, especially the spa staff and the waiter who looked after us at breakfast. The food was delicious, lots of choice. We ate at the restaurant 4 times and enjoyed all the meals. The rooms were big and clean and comfortable. The spa pool was a bit too cold for, as was the steam room. And be aware there isn't a jacuzzi- its just a bubble area in the pool. It's beautifully decorated and I recommend a visit to this hotel for sure.

We stayed at Flower Hotel on first weekend of December and we also spent the new year eve. We can not express with words how good this hotel is. It has been years that we come here and we feel wonderful each time. Perfect location, excellent food, very good service and friendly staff. I always have had a wonderful experience at the Flower Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the waiters of the restaurant to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your journey the best. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. I would higly reccomend the restaurant too which is a very classy nice restaurant. A warm welcoming, followed by an excellent service, with a lot of attention to details in order to please you. The food is exellent and really tasty. They also do live music during the weekends which is very relaxing and fun.

They say all drinks in beach bar and you dont have nothing to drink , no coffe & other soft drinks they say we dont have. They do not explain from the beginning which restaurants are included and which are not. When i go in other place for holidays every time i get one email with all details , when i pay for all inclusive and somthing dont is include they should say before . I don't know if they understand the all inclusive concept. There are much better hotels on the coast of Durrës. I don't recommend it.

Pleased to have chosen flower resort and hotel as our holiday destination in Albania. Great hospitality by the team. We had a small problem with our TV and door when we checked in and the the team was very kind enough to immediately rectify it and offer us a better room at the same price. The food was scrumptious at both their fish and meat restaurants with breakfast included during our stay and complimentary dessert which was great. A special thanks to Frenka, Grenad, Mario and others for their great hospitality. Flower hotel has a lovely ambience,great food and a helpful team!! Kudos and keep up the good work!! I stayed at the new hotel (Flower Garden) during January 2023 Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and the service is good. The only bad thing about this hotel is the SPA. The pool was a little cold and small, and the entire SPA centre was too crowded. We couldn't find places to sit, there was only one small sauna and we couldn't try it at all because there were always at least 3-4 people inside.

Master chief that prepares Cesar salad with mayonese and chicken pre-prepared bought at supermarket; nothing was fresh but just warmed on microwave. We waited 30 min to get the rest of the payment although there were 5 waiters and only 3 tables to serve. The 'spa' was full of young children with rubber rings using it like a pool, very small area. The 'private beach area' was not really private and unfinished at the time we stayed. Breakfast on the other hand was pretty good and included in the price of the room. It included a variety of cakes, pastries, cooked eggs, bread, salad, hams and cheeses.
