I can give some good points but was sadly more than disappointed. A lot of people were sick during my stay, including me, and it's unacceptable. Errors happens but this was a huge one and it didn't seem to bother the hotel that much, as for other issues with my room (odors, noise, cleaning, Wifi), unfortunately. Staff seems unexperimented and unorganized, though some individuals were good. Big plus for the location, little plus for cocktails and my room was big enough but it's hard to give more than one star considering that you could have important issues in this resort and that they will probably don't even try to find a way to fix it.

Now, me personally I think the place is great! But the pool water is so bad! The second I went in the pool, my eyes burned so badly. The staff were all bad except for the cleaners. They cleaned the room while my family was asleep, but no one woke up to them cleaning. The female waiters were nice to us, but the males didn't really care. To be honest, I didn't like the fact that kids under the age of 12 can't stay after 3 pm, like make it lowered to 10/11. I don't have other problems.

Great holiday in Fafa resort. Rooms are pretty, stuff is really nice but sometimes little bit confused. If you are going to spend here your holiday prepare for many people. Eveeywhere is crowded. Food is alright, only food for a child can be better it was too much salted and spiced.

Very nice hotel. Little crowdy but still a good place for holidays. There's a lot of families with small and very small children, therefore it's still noisy, specially at the pool area. Very nice view on the seaside and pool from my room. Quite good meals, however many of them are the same every day. A lot of helpful staff, either in the hotel and on the beach/pool area.

Review is for the SPA Section only. It needs to be renovated. The water is not clear and has a lot of chlorine and it stinks like mold everywhere in pool,in jakuzzi ,in steam room and hamam also you couldn't breath because of the smell. Some parts of the tiles around the pool and other areas are falling down and alot of things are not being regularly maintained i think. The little sauna near the pool was out of order and the relax rain water nearby was also not working. I was very dissapointed.

The worst managed hotel in my entire life of travelling. Do not recommend: 1. Completely overbooked - lines everywhere, impossible to get a place by the pool, near impossible to get a towel and a table during dinner. 2. Three days the electricity was off, water was off for one evening. 3. Drinks were horrible. Really horrible. If you want a good cocktail or coffee, you have to pay. 4. Food was below average, depending on the day. But meat or fish usually overcooked and very salty. Although a lot of vegetables. 5. No animation - only random singer at the evening, with more than 50% of Polish songs. The only good thing: 1. Rooms are nice and clean, comfortable bed. But do not expect to get bottles of water - the only source of drinkable water is glasses of water at the bar (they do not give bottles).

This hotel has so much potential but it's all wasted! And unfortunately it looks like most of these other reviews are reviews paid for or posted by the hotel since it’s simply not adding up! The service was non existing and you where treated like you where bothering them. Of a group of 10 people traveling 8 of us ended up with food poisoning. And that's after being careful and not touching any tap water etc. The buffet was cold and chaotic and we saw them putting the 7pm items out at 4pm and just letting them sit until buffet closed. If buffet was being restocked often they just filled on top of the food that had already been standing. -we ended up having all dinners at other restaurants after the first 3 people had been sick! In our room we had problem with sewage water coming from the floor when taking a shower, mentioned at reception but they couldn't care and said it wasn't the case. When asking if we could do late checkout since all had food poisoning we where told we where lying since the receptionist ate at the hotel herself and she had never had any problems. There are so many problems to list and think the hotel will need new management with an understanding of service before I would recommend anyone to go. Especially families! The place is overcrowded and music will blast at nightclub levels from early to after midnight! The cleaning staff on the other hand was super sweet and helpful- they where the highlight of our trip!

Wow where to begin, we arrived late with our to small kids and got a normal small room with one double bed and two baby cribs even though our oldest was way too big to fit in the bed, and the room was definitely not what we booked, we went down to complain and the staff didn’t care at all.. thanks to Apollo we got upgraded the next day. The area around the pool is to small, to few elevators, and the hotel staff was not friendly at all, and didn’t want to help when we asked them simple questions. Our oldest boy got sick (food poisoning) and we needed new clean sheets we needed to really fight to even get clean sheet. And lastly the day we where checking out our oldest was really sick, high fever etc. so we went down to ask for a late check out, they didn’t care at all they where fully booked and we needed to check out, no emotions or anything like that’s for them it was all business.. Can’t recommend it.

Beatiful hotel and rooms. Luxurious feeling, shiny marble floors throughout. Located along the beach promenade, but surrounded by "rougher" streets and not in an otherwise glamorous area, so if that's what you're after - think again. Also, a lot of the hotels more glitzy features cost extra, even if you payed for the All Inclusive package. All drinks for All Inclusive guests were served in plastic cups, for instance. I'm not at all complaining, just wanting to show what you actually get for your money.

The food was delicious and fresh, however, restaurant service is sluggish, and staff should make greater efforts to service and clean tables. The rooms were nice, beds very comfortable, however we lived on the seventh floor, where there was a chimney next to the rooms, so it was not possible to use the balcony window and go to balcony due to the high amount of ash and high amount of smoke. We could not enjoy the side sea view. Also there was a lack of drinking water in the rooms. The environment of the hotel is very beautiful, a large swimming pool, a sandy beach with hotels sunbeds. However I recommend to staying in this hotel avoiding the seventh floor 😉

We were here outside the season and there were many surprises. The main pool was under construction - we didn’t get any information about it. On the day of our arrival there was a very loud birthday party taking place late into the night. Sleeping was impossible. The rooms, Spa and location are fantastic though. Good food in the restaurant and also decent breakfast- however morning reminded of an assembly line situation. The parking lot behind the hotel is messy and there is pile of rubbish that hasn’t been picked up for weeks.

Very nice looking hotel. Big pool outside and inside, 2 minutes from reception to the beach. Usually very helpful staff. Special thanks to people in the restaurant (the all inclusive one, didn't try the a la carte) who were very friendly. There was huge amount of employees everywhere to give proper support to everyone. One negative point are the rooms. Look nice, but the floors were probably just swept not mopped, and the sewer in the bathroom had a bad smell almost every day. So I can't give 5*.

First they tried to accommodate us in another building which is not on the first line. After arguing, we were given a room in the building we had paid for, which had an extremely small terrace, no working TV and no telephone. Only the food is worth it.Also the dining hall staff is great and well organized. However, the reception is bad, and there is no control at the pool and the beach and it's a complete peasant

Very nice hotel. Little crowdy but still a good place for holidays. A perfect way of organization and management and well - trained waiters staff. Varied and delicious food. A giant resort, but with the help of the staff, you can find everything you need. Very nice view on the seaside and pool from my room. Quite good meals, however many of them are the same every day. A lot of helpful staff, either in the hotel and on the beach/pool area. I will return again to Grand Blue Fafa.

One HUGE thanks to all Hotel staff and for wonderful service! We had wonderful experience and unforgettable memories. Super place to stay and visit! Place itself "Durres" like hotel Grand Fafa Blue have surprised us.Accommodation was nice with two beds, two TVs, air condition.. We received room cleaning every day, fresh towels, shower gels. Food was delicious with plenty of choice and there was enough room for everyone although it was full all day long. Honest 10 of 10!!!

Its an excellent hotel at reasonable price. There are few unfinished touches around the premises, but the food is excellent and the staff are very kind. We were on a family vacation and had a great time here. The beach is long sandy beach with lots of waves at all times. Great fun for the kids.

Stayed there with all inclusive package. Room was very clean and then cleaned daily. The food was exceptional too - plentiful and very varied. I have one complaint - all the soft drinks, including the so-called juices, tasted disgusting because they had artificial sweeteners. Same with the free cocktails at the all-inclusive pool bar - awful taste and rather unprofessional bartenders. Well they were friendly at least. Another thing to mention - we had shows of different local musicians every night but all of them performed same songs over and over. A bit too much.

It's very good hotel but too much people. It's fairly cheap and offers a lot for money you pay. Rooms are clean good and have nice space. Service is usually good but when it's rush hour when people go out to eat and drink it's understaffed, and that's understandable. Pools are nice and beach is good. They should put more effort on hotel parking and try to finish it so you don't park car in dirt and have to walk from dirt to hotel. Everything else is excellent. Food is tasty and have a lot of choice. Drinks are good. Internet service is good.

It was a great experience! Very organized and the most important very clean. Room are very clean. The view was magnificent! We tried both all inclusive restaurant and a la cart. All inclusive restaurant had so many options. A la cart had the best sea food menu! I will come back next year for sure!

Grant blue fafa is one of the most comfortable resorts where the panorama that offers the service offered is very correct🥇

It is only good looking everything there is awful. Just don't get me started on how bad the service is here. There are like four buildings with so many rooms and they all eat in a buffet. You had to make sure to take everything because you couldn't go another time and wait 20 minutes in line. You had to go 10 minutes earlier so you could get a table it is overbooked. It does not have the capacity of the things that they offer. I don't recommend going there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fafa Premium for a weekend, and I have to say, it was a fantastic. First of all, the all-inclusive package was a game-changer. The food at the hotel was excellent, with a great variety of options for all tastes. The drinks were also great, and the bar staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The best part was the balcony with a stunning sea view. The large pool was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the beach was just a short walk away. I highly recommend Fafa Premium to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing all-inclusive weekend.

We was in fafa at 11-12 feb and it was good the hotel rooms but the food was very cold and i ended up sick beacuse of the food so i can reccomend the fafa resort only if you wannt to sleep without food beacuse the food was terribel and the staff in recepsion was very helpful but in the restorant a la carte there was an who scammed us the conversion rate from euro to lek its horribel he scammed us in 10€ about 3€ which its 30% so i only recommand it if its to sleep othervise everything was good the spa was very very good

I went here off season in November 2022. The weather was awful but the spa made up for it. The room was very nice, clean, spacious (see pics). The hotel didn’t have many guests so we got late check out. There was great variety in food and most of it was tasty. The bad parts were: the pool water’s chemicals were imbalanced, it caused me severe eye burn by just hanging out near the pool, getting inside the pool made the eye burn worse; also the pool water caused a ph imbalance in my body. The second bad thing was that they kept our ids throughout our stay and that just makes 0 sense to me (they can just print them?) Overall a good stay and I will definitely go back.

This place it's called the best hotel in the location but it's totally a disaster place the pool it's 22grade Celsius and when we ask the waiter to call the manager they tell us to go to the reception and they can call us the manager ant the one called Shkelzen acted very angry and arrogantly toward us and we were 3 families with kids and for a little can got out off control. The manager apologized for the arrogance of the waiter but they lose 3 families as a costumer just for one arrogant waiter

Great service and location. Food in restaurant was delicious, plenty of variety, fish, meet, fresh salads, cooked broccoli, cabbage, beets, then rice and pasta. On top of that it comes desserts....baklava, at least 3 different kind, squares, puding and who knows what else. All drinks were included, mineral water, pop, vine, beer, coffee, tea, you name it. The beach is fabulous and if you prefer you can enjoy the pool. All together excellent experience. 4* for the rooms only because some of the wear and tear signs are visible.

A resort as expected with all of the packages you can access or in our case, not utilize. We were in one of the private apartments within the resort so had to pay extra for use of the pool (10€ pp) and use of the beach 7€ per family which allows the use of 2 chairs and an umbrella. We stayed here because the location was great, 1 min walk to the beach. We didn't use the facilities of the resort. If you do stay here expect the noise levels to be high especially during the summer months as there are alot of people walking around and bands/live music playing. the pool areas are very busy as is the beach. alot of people trying to sell their products along the beach, but they don't appear to be allowed on the resort property. staff weren't over friendly but it was the summer break so were probably quite busy/tired. It's a large resort with what seems to be a mixture of hotel rooms and privately owned rooms. parking is not secure and on site. lots of rubbish around the car park which is a shame. getting to the resort is down quite narrow roads so be careful as local drivers are quite haphazard!

A very big and modern hotel. It looks beautiful and new. Big rooms with AC and a fridge. Cleaning of the rooms every day and new towels. Free shampoo and other small things for the bathroom. Placed right next to the beach where you also have free sunbeds. The water in the ocean were warmer than in the hotel pool. A lot of restaurants and markeds close to the hotel is a nice thing. The downside is that one of my traveling partners got sick by the hotel breakfast. Probably the eggs which were poorly cooked. We also heard of more guest who got sick. The breakfast was big and nice besides that. Another downside is the elevators which seems to work poorly and take a long time.
