I
had
intense
tooth
pain
a
few
years
ago.
I
went
in
for
an
emergency
root
canal.
They
are
a
good
clinic
for
pain,
however,
this
clinic
went
downhill
quickly
when
they
began
to
change
their
policies
without
notification.
They
claimed
I
needed
two
root
canals
when
only
one
tooth
was
hurting.
Instead
of
extracting
it
the
first
time
I
asked,
they
insisted
on
paying
¥30000
for
a
basic
silver
crown.
I
have
never
had
any
work
done
on
my
teeth,
so
I
thought
this
was
normal.
According
to
others
who
live
here,
it
is
not.
Furthermore,
the
filling
they
put
in
cracked,
they
then
put
the
crown
on
a
tooth
they
knew
was
fractured.
Finally
it
was
extracted
when
I
absolutely
insisted,
when
common
practice
for
fractured
teeth
is
to
always
extract.
They
told
me
they
could
not
accept
cash,
and
only
accept
credit
card
and
pay
pay,
when
asked
why,
they
said
they
could
accept
the
once
but
to
come
back
next
time
with
credit
card
or
pay
pay,
when
I
explained
that
was
difficult
for
me,
the
doctor
came
out
to
tell
me
it
was
just
how
the
system
was.
Calling
a
month
later,
the
receptionist
informed
me
that
they
do
accept
cash.
There
is
not
good
communication
happening
between
the
receptionist
and
doctors
because
she
also
said
she
didn’t
have
any
idea
what
was
going
on
with
my
impressions
according
to
the
doctor.
I
paid
for
top
and
bottom
imprints
for
dentures,
and
now
they
refuse
to
send
them
to
my
new
clinic.
I
offered
to
pay
for
the
denture
they
already
had
made,
only
to
be
told
they
actually
didn’t
have
it,
and
also
don’t
have
the
impressions,
even
though
I
paid
for
them.
I
had
an
appointment
made
for
the
denture,
so
either
they
didn’t
have
it
at
all,
or
someone
is
misinformed.
I
am
willing
to
pay,
but
I
do
not
want
to
go
to
someone
who
just
does
not
know
how
to
properly
handle
these
kinds
of
situations.
I
am
very
disappointed.
