Small place with seating for about 20 people. Food takes a little while to get but they start cooking when you order so I'm betting almost everything is made to order with very little prepared ahead of time. Even though we waited a while, it was worth it. This was the best Indian food I've had. I had the mutton curry, my wife had the vegetable curry and we split the garlic naan. Kids had the chicken soup (I tried that too) and it was all very delicious.

The grub was fire, straight up delicious, no lie, But that mango lassi? Man, it ain't fly as expected. Menu's all twisted, complex, it's a maze. And them prices? Way steep, you feel me?

I've been to many nepali restaurants and this one has been the best one 🙌🏻 delicious food and friendly staff, rice was delicious but very spicy 🤣 the cheese nan is very sweet and delicious, I'll definitely go again soon!

Awesome place to try in Kyoto. The store is very small but the interior and the ambience transports you to Nepal. The staff is very friendly. The food is great and is served in quite large quantities. Overall, the place has a very warm and homely feel to it. It's like being welcomed to a friend's place, complete with a hearty dinner.

Excellent experience, small restaurant, but we had the place to ourselves. Curry was delicious and very filling. While enticing my kid to eat the salad, I mentioned how much I love cucumbers. When the tandoori chicken arrived, the cucumber garnish was cut to form hearts! Staff is refreshingly friendly and kind, speaking Japanese and English.

Delicious and authentic Nepalese food, lots of selections and affordable price! Seems like a family run restaurant, great atmosphere and service. The naan breads were made fresh from scratch. The curry was a bit sweet for our taste, but I think the food in Japan tends to be on the sweeter side. Overall super tasty!!

Some of the best curry I've had. You can tell care went into preparing it. Very reasonably priced as well.

Some of the best curry I have had, can tell all the food was made fresh! And the cheese naan was very generously cheesy, highly recommend.

Surprise find ! Great curry, chickpea was curry of the day Lunch meal set for 800-1200 yen, Great flavours, big naan and perfect amount of curry to go with. Lassi was also tasty.

Absolutely delicious food and the best naan bread I have EVER tasted. Great menu, friendly service and excellent value. Very small restaurant, food was freshly made, and the naan bread too. If you’re in Kyoto this is THE place. Thank you

Really great food, made fresh to order. Their naan comes out of a tandoor and is buttery and flaky. The person who served us seemed a little odd but once the food came out it was all well worth it.

Great Indian food with a simple menu and just enough naan to finish your curry. If you’re a spicy lover just know that the spiciest you can get the curry is not super spicy, but still very tasty. The staff was very friendly !

The food here was actually really good. Everything was made to order and tasted fresh and unique. One thing that did tick me was that we tried to order a course menu for 2 while we were a group of 3 and they told us that all 3 of us had to order the course or none of us can. We also only tried to get 2 beers and a water but again, they said if all 3 of us doesn't get drinks none of us can. Yeah, not too sure what to think of that, but the food was good so I wasn't too upset.

The best restaurant i did in my 4 days vacation in Kyoto. It was such a good experience with a good butter chicken and naan cheese but mostly a nice atmosphere and chef, a real nepali!

The chicken curry is creamy, the nan is average, and the chai is good. The lassi is a bit watery.

This food was SO GOOD. highly recommend, especially because the other Indian places around are more expensive and probably don’t taste any better than this. This is the place to go. Cook was super chill too
