Good atsmophere! Went for the set lunches (salad or sandwich as the main + soup of the day + drink). Portion of sandwiches can be quite small so I’d suggest it as a side instead. The menu had a nice selection of salad as well. Cost - not too expensive. You’re not allowed to separate the dressing from the salad (which I found disappointing), and also you cannot cut down on the amount of dressing they use. I thought this was a little inconvenient. Staff was not too friendly as noted in most of the reviews, but it was fine for me. Almond milk latte was yummy! (´ε｀ )

Staff are unwelcoming..... So strange for Japan. Set up of the shop is weird too, didn't know where to order or pay to start with. Good range of salads avaliable but as people have mentioned, sizes are small and way too much dressing... Also I was given a spoon to eat with... Who eats salad with a spoon? And the fork is very spoon like. Apple was cut so thin I was unable to spear it with the fork. It's a shame, Osaka needs a good salad bar.

GLB is the best salad in Osaka. Plenty of really interesting salad options and really good dressings.

If I’m trying to be healthy I usually go here as it’s near my office. The salads are really good by Japanese standards, not just a pile of shredded dry cabbage. A lot of choice and the set is really nice with a little soup and some funky black bread. It’s practically impossible to find good salads in Japan, so this place is an excellent breath of fresh air. However, the down side is the cost, it is very expensive relatively. Roughly ¥1650 for the cheapest lunch set. The staff are pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere lacks somewhat in my opinion, as it is mostly very rich fancy girls sitting around. The decor is nice and clean. Dog friendly too which is nice. Overall would recommend, especially if you’re trying to be healthy, but don’t expect a cheap lunch!
