    I had a lot of fun at the matsuri today. The people don't speak much English, but with patience and a bit of google translate, it was fine. They are all very nice. The cherry blossoms were not blooming yet, but I know for sure that when they are, it will be gorgeous.

    This was a very cozy walk. Not a lot of tourists were here. The castle was gone but the ruins were also amazing to look at. The view up on top of the ruin was also really cool.

    If you like 花見，this is absolutely an excelent place for you to take lots of good photos。 I may go there again in future.

    It's a wonderful place to visit 😊 cause this castle built in 16 century even you see surrounding view is not much different than old days Nara is the place to visit to feel old capital of Japan.

    Not sure what event was holding(9th April) but I like the carnival games and snack stalls, atmosphere was great.

    It’s a nice place to visit during ume/plum and sakura/cherry blossom seasons. Free entrance and parking (Feb 2024)

    You will love this place if you hear the stories of the volunteers in english and of course if you like castles. Look for Mr. Sakaguchi!!!

    i was here with my family in 2014 while the cherry and plum trees were blossoming. it was beautiful. the educational material and tours are offered in english. one of my favourite parts of our trip.
