Namba Parks LOFT is on the 5th floor inside the Namba Parks complex. This loft is a limited outlet with only select items.

I visited Loft Namba on Thur (20th Dec) evening and there is a very rude male staff working on the 3rd floor doing customers’ tax refund. He is a Japanese (from his name tag, I forgot his name), he did not greet me from the start nor greet me at the end when I get my cash tax refund back, nor talking to me. I might not understand Japanese but I understood an ordinary salesperson no matter in whatever country would greet their customer “Thank you” (arigatougozaimasu) after purchasing, but this salesperson said NOTHING, NOTHING! Unless he is a mute whom I should not complain, by paying 1.1% service charge from the 8% tax I returned does not worth the service I received. This service charge is not deserved to be paid to them and I do not recommend to shop with them again.

Loft usually has a nice selection of various good, this shop is very well located in the immediate vicinity of Namba station. The shop is however quite small, so overall selection of goods is limited compared to other Loft shops.

Amazing shopping experience in Japan generally.. Like most stores, it has a bit of everything.... Kitchen, Bathroom, linen, luggage, gifts, toys.. etc

Omg, there’s so much to see here! A great selection of stationary and home goods. I think many gadgets are very thoughtfully made. Highly recommend.

Cool variety store where you can buy most beauty products, cosmetics, stationery and general accessories. Muji is also on the mid floors below Loft, so again really handy if you like variety when you go shopping.

The Loft is slightly pricer than other shops although they have a wide variety. They are located in a floor higher than MUJI. They sell household items, beauty products, stationery, etc. We walked around for 2 hours but didn't buy much

They've got some nice stuff. I enjoyed walking around the store even though I didn't end up buying anything.

Nice place to do some shopping

On Sept 28, 2023, my wife and I came here to buy cosmetics for our elder daughter. (The stuff she loves are sold here. She was living in Japan but has moved to S Korea. She would get the purchase when she returns to Hong Kong for holidays next month. ) Tax refund is centrally administered on the Tower’s 7/F.

There is a mistake, it’s in the 5th floor. Luggage selection is very small, only what’s on photos was available. Also, tax free is done elsewhere
