I went to buy coffee beans. When I asked the clerk who was standing across from the cash register, ``Do you have any beans that are a little sweeter and easier to drink?'' she said, ``All the beans are sweet if you sprinkle them with sugar.'' I just felt like I was being made a fool of. Even though we have good products and good staff, we are having a negative experience because of that female staff member. I don't usually get angry, so this made me very uncomfortable.

This is one of the stores I always visit because I have the products I want. I appreciate the service where you can sample coffee at the entrance. For the kids, when drinking hot coffee, they used double paper cups to prevent the heat. I think most of the store staff are very nice people.

We rely on KALDI's product lineup and planning capabilities. This time, I was intrigued enough to purchase Hokkaido zangi and potato chips.

I stopped by on this day because I had some time before going to the sports club 😊 The purpose is to buy your favorite dressing💕 I like raw vegetables, so I have a variety of dressings, and KALDI also has several dressings that I keep buying💕😊💕 And most of all, I like that I can buy ingredients from many different countries... On this day, I found a jar of beets...canned...👀 I was surprised that something like this... I usually use a different store, but there are different items depending on the store, so be sure to check it out😂 Part of the fun is wandering around the store and discovering rare things...😉 And...one of the employees at this store knows me from when I was at a different store...😊 He's friendly and nice when he greets me ☺

I love that they have a wide variety of original and imported products that can only be purchased here. There are times when you can get it at a good price, so if the timing is right, you're lucky. However, it is a shame that imported sweets that I had only seen and purchased here are no longer available. The gapao, nasi goreng, and pork rice base are all delicious and I keep coming back.

Just watching Kaldi is fun (runrun) I always stop by here because I can get food and drinks, including rare spices from various countries. Boursin's garlic and herbs are cheap...I love spreading them on bread (slobbering) This time I bought Boursin, high cacao chocolate, sparkling wine and prunes. Please come and visit us (Heart)

It's convenient because you can get some rare items that you can't buy at other stores at cheap prices. The store staff are very nice when explaining products, checking inventory, and greeting the cashier. However, the inside of the store feels extremely small. It always seems inconvenient for people with strollers, people with children, and people with a lot of luggage to pass by. It's so small that you can't easily pass by other customers. It's a pity that sometimes there is traffic jam in the passage. The narrow aisles make it difficult and extremely inconvenient for people with physical disabilities and those in wheelchairs. Similar to other stores like Kaldi, the product layout is intentionally maze-like and winding, making it difficult for people to pass each other. No matter when I visit, I bump into other customers and apologize to each other. Is the interior of the store small to entertain customers? If possible, I would like them to be sold in a larger place where it is easier to shop. I think the lighting and music are good for the production.

Many of the staff members are very friendly.If you tell them your tastes in alcohol, they will recommend it to you.Of course, even if something is out of stock, they will check when it will be back in stock (to the best of their knowledge). I think they have a wider variety of products than other stores (AEON Shintoshi store, Matsuyama store), but that's why the store is overflowing with people.It might be a little difficult for strollers etc... If you want to take it easy, it might be a good idea to check if it's a sale season before you go (I gave it a ☆-1 because the store was cluttered😅).

The clerk was very kind. I think it's the fault of Mr. JJ, who is downstairs, that he doesn't bring an eco-bag. Other stores I go to also charge a fee for paper bags. How can you give such a low rating when it's your fault?
