This place is incredible, even for the most basic Japanese speakers. Those preparing the sushi are so very welcoming and the food is outstanding - and I am a non-seafood eater. Impeccable. Thank you, friends!

Good Sushi bar in Nagasaki. The chef served trad Edomae-style sushi and was a very nice English speaker.

One of the best sushi experiences ever! All fish is locally sourced. The chefs were friendly and welcoming, highly highly recommended.
