One of the best gym options in Maharagama area. Air conditioned and clean with many equipment to work on. Instructors are also very helpful and gym. Overall very good experience and recommend to anyone who's looking got a very decent gym that won't break your bank account.

Great place...

Being a member of Livestrong family for 2 years, I can share some insight. Easily one of the well maintained gym in Colombo. You'd never see any dirt within the premises. They got all the equipment / machines that are needed for different levels of training. Best part about the gym is their staff. I've tried few other places around Colombo, none of them come anywhere close to the support and guidance you get in Livestrong. Lahiru will always guide you to maintain correct techniques even when you're not taking personal training with him.

Awesome place to workout with good facilities. Friendly trainers are also very helpful. Have so many workout machines and equipments too. Highly recommended gym to build your dream body.

Well disciplined and clean gymnasium where anyone can find any sort of equipment. Staff is also very much supportive and collaborative. Mr. Lahiru, the manager of the gym is a great communicator who supports very much in members’ workouts.

It's been close to year since I joined Livestrong and I don't think I'll ever look back. The trainers are amazing and they give you individual attention. I had no idea about anything when I joined and they've been helping me by providing timely workout routines. Most of all I have seen a real transformation in my body.

GYM Have quality equipment, Everything is good about This place but there is a Trainer Called Nehan Who Flirts With Girls alot Actually where there is a girl is He is there talking and flirting and Has A Bighead Such shame of this guy. Happened to my Sister and Now She Stop Going to the Gym. The Supervisor has to warn him and Be More responsible.

This is the best gym in maharagama. I highly recommend it because many famous characters in Srilanka do their workouts here, so I sincerely wish the management to continue this service.

Maybe u might find out a bigger gym with better equipment maybe u might find out experienced trainers but I can assure u that u won’t find out a better trainer like Mr.Dilan Kaushalya(Dilan Ayya - The Assistant Manager ) who is a package full of good attitude, knowledge, and experience. (My review after two weeks of gym here. This is me going inside a gym for the first time ever. I'm a young female.) 1.Ishan is super good at coaching. 2.decent and professional. ( can recommend to ladies ) He even can even train ignorant kids with patience. I had no clue on machine usage, being a beginner. He gave me intro and did my registration. Even for the schedule, great support given, as I'm a beginner. All the other trainers and assistants are good too. May be I trained with them during busy hours. They did helped me a lot too. Kudos to all of them too.
