I own a unit in Parque España Condominium. If you're ok with the setup of a hotel apartment condo, then you know that the association dues are a little higher than normal as well as your monthly electricity and water bill. Pros: * 24-hour security *Gym *Rooms are fairly spacious *Small Swimming Pool * 24-hour reception assistance *Covered parking *Next to Commerce Centre, Festival Mall, Westgate and Alabang Town Centre, South Supermarket, Banks, Pharmacy and fast food chains *Laundry services *Restaurant food from 7am to 9pm *Meeting rooms *Reverve Power *Central Park next door *Driving Range *Bike and running path *Movie Theatre *Church Cons: *Construction going on next door so dust, noise and illegal chemicals do sometimes become a nuisance *Some entitled visitors and walk-in hotel guests can't read English and still park on residents designated parking spaces *Some parties, weddings and gatherings tend to cheapen the class of Parque España when they stomp, shout, fight, cry, bring smelly food, over drink, pollute and destroy the premises that bothers us owners nightly (if you get unlucky they are at your floor or above your unit) *The occasional ringing your door because these guests can't read the flat numbers as well (and floor for that matter) *Central Parks attractions invited some "thrash people" to loiter and cat calling, bike recklessly, jog in the middle of the road, play badminton in the middle of the roads, shout a lot of profanity, and litter more which is just a bad eye soar. That's why I leased out my property/s until construction next door finishes. Will enjoy the peace and view when alls done. Hopefully, Filinvest Management and security handles the issues better. I would suggest to "GATE" Filinvest areas to better protect and retain its home feel safety for the residents living in Filinvest Properties.

Rooms are not ready within the check in time. We waited for more than one hour (All the guests for that matter) as the rooms are not yet available. The staff are polite but politeness can only bring you so far. The service is unacceptably below the expectation. Some guests even called a day and hour before coming to the hotel and were assured that everything is ready when in reality everything is a mess on reception. EDIT: They acknowledged their shortcomings and allowed us to do late check out. Other than the check in disaster, the stay was pretty chill and the rooms are great. Give credit when credit is due.

A good place for a staycation, big enough for families at a reasonable room rate. A swimming pool in the rooftop which the kids enjoyed the most. Affordable breakfast buffet at P450 per person. An awesome experienced really!

We had a great time there however it took so long for us to check in due to their fully booked rooms. But we booked ahead of time. The front desk offices are very accommodating ☺

This is actually one of the oldest hotels in the Alabang area, so it's not surprising to see that the rooms are large. But I'm surprised at the layout and furnishings in the room. They seem to have updated the look and feel to reflect the changes in generational tastes. Their 2-bedroom unit has a maid's room and even a separate toilet and bath for that room. There's a pool area where I watched my nephews and nieces enjoy themselves. Parking is not too big, so if you're attending a party here, you might have to park in the Commerce Mall nearby.

Strayed in Rm 707. Near excellent staycation with loved ones. Slight distraction when Staff were noisy (overzealously) in cleaning the units next to us. There was also miscommunication on the Breakfast inclusion, we ended up ordering a la carte instead. Room was excellent. Bathroom fixtures, Shower pod, sink faucet needs updating already. Otherwise, We loved so much the room. I was able to use the treadmill in the Gym. I was not enticed to use the other equipment tho because of the dated leather upholstery. I wish we had more time tho to enjoy the pool and the Bar. Next time!! Extra points too being a pet-friendly establishment! We definitely enjoyed our stay and surely will return.

I have to be honest that when I used to travel alone, I don't book my stay at Parque because of the spacious room. Yep! The rooms are spacious - a bedroom, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a shower room, a separate comfort room, an extra room for laundry or ironing. I am a scaredy cat and can't sleep. 👻 But I tried travelling with kids and I appreciate it now! The kids enjoyed their stay as they were even able to play hide and seek! 😁 Just be patient though with the faucet. Probably because the hotel is old or something. I kept having problems with the faucet and showers. Nevertheless, it was a good stay. Accessibility to malls - ✅️ Food - Breakfast average. Filipino taste. Staff - friendly. Ambiance - vintage. I recommend the hotel for budget travellers as you can cook your own food. The kitchen is complete! Hotel in general is affordable too!

Overall it was a good experience. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff there are also very accommodating and nice. The only thing would probably wish for is a smart TV that can access netflix because they do not have that as of the moment. They have a pool, a restaurant, parking space, and a breakfast buffet. Nothing bad to say about this hotel

Should be categorized as 3*, definitely not 4*. Room that was sold as reformed room was nothing but reformed, the bathroom and kitchen are barely usable, the shower is broken. Very poor breakfast option, and the same options for the 5 days I was there. I would not recommend it.

This is one of the best hotels to stay in Alabang. The rooms are very cozy and spacious and have all the necessities. Food tastes average. The pool is a bit small so its best to be there early. Overall this hotel is a great bang for your buck deal.

Pretty good hotel with very friendly staff. They have a nice breakfast buffet in the morning and a rooftop pool with an amazing view. The wifi isn't very good and the bathrooms are very small but it is a very short walk to a nice mall nearby.

Booking ahead does not guarantee smooth service. We booked online, secured parking space for our coaster, booked days ahead, and ensured ETA. But upon arrival, though the booking was confirmed, rooms weren't prepared at all. So we were advised to be back later. After spending a couple of hours in a nearby mall, another problem occurred. They said there was no available parking space for our vehicle though it was confirmed in our advance booking that there's a space for our coaster. After a long discussion, they settled our vehicle outside. We got to check in at around 8pm, 6 hours later than our supposed check in. The hotel doesn't have coordination at all.

Normally, reviews are pretty accurate, yet my expeirence was poor. Do not reserve and pay online.....If you have any issues, flight delays, they not answer phones or responds emails to help. I am very disappointed.

Best for long-staying guests. Unit has it's own kitchen with eating utensils, some cookwares, stove, microwave oven, and service area. Airconditioning is a bit old, and it's hard to cool down the room especially during day time.

the lobby and elevator may not look like much, but the rooms are very spacious and have good amenities and ambiance. pool at the rooftop is kinda small, so swimming is limited. overall, our family enjoyed our stay here

  • 3/5 R C. 1 year ago on Google
A little bit old compared to the other hotels but units are very spacious and clean. Quiet place, no disturbance, but hotel wifi is very bad, almost useless. Location also is not very accessible to general transportation. You need to either bring your own private car or book Grab or something. There is some eerie feeling at first, but you will get used to it as you stay longer. If they can improve wifi and have a ready transport available, I will give 5stars.

Love the 2 premium premiere suites i booked for the family! Ifd spacious and clean. Pool though is small, food could be better. The restaurant is located on the rooftop so my pwd dad cant go up but the service offered for ilthe food to be packed and delivered on the room.

Their service is great however they need to be more strict to their guest. The aforementioned group, who used to checked in at 2 of their rooms, needs to have a proper decorum. The bldg, later found out that the rooms were overcrowded.

Happy with our staycation here, perfect for family gatherings because the rooms were really big and its very affordable. Service was also pleasant. Medyo dated lang ang mga gamit pero everything is well maintained. Hope they could invest in a bigger kiddie pool though :)

We enjoyed our stay. Good customer services. But I don't know if it's just us but I think the building is swaying. I know new buildings are built to sway with the wind and earthquake but this building's sway is making us dizzy at times. The facilities need updating... stains in the ceiling, walls and kitchen cabinets. Floor tiles are old. May natatanggal na. But the rooms we stayed at (3 bedroom unit) is so spacious and pleasant. Room service and house keeping are very responsive and professional. 1 call and they are already in our door in a minute. Would recommend for affordable but spacious rooms.

Staff are super friendly and with spacious rooms, but can get better if they update the interiors. Parking is not for beginners.

The building is very well located and is nice and well maintained. Staff is very warm and accomodating and quite efficient for the Filipino standard. Suites are large and décor is minimalist, furniture, beds, linens and appliances are of good quality and new or very well maintained.

Spanish themed condotel. Previously Chinese and Koreans were frequent here. Some BPO VIPs are housed here too. A bit isolated from main cyberspace hub so need service shuttle or private car to get here.

The doors at our room was not closing, so was the bathroom at the kitchen, and the shower that was near our room was also not working, the terrace door was very hard to open. But it was clean and the place looks luxurious.

Although alone, I was upgraded to Premium. 200 sq meters two rooms, dining, full kitchen, 2x toilets. Wifi was fast. Parking was ample. Great location and walking distance to the heart of Alabang. Take out food was delicious. Awesome stay during pandemic and super typhoon. Salute to the staff!

A Spanish-themed residence hotel which has spacious rooms, living areas, kitchens, and even a room for ironing clothes and storing stuff for long stays. Its roofdeck pool and resto offers a soothing view of the greeneries of Alabang, the Sierra Madre mountain ranges and the Laguna Lake. It's like an out of town trip within Metro Manila.

Got upgraded to a 2 bedroom premier room at the 9th floor and it got two comfort rooms, 2 televisions, a kitchen, and a pantry/ironing room. Very near places to eat and filinvest trail where most people exercise in the morning. Very spacious.

My husband & I had to do the mandatory quarantine when we arrived from US. We found the room comfortable. But what I really would like to share is the outstanding help of the front desk associate PAMELA SISON who was very professional & patient enough to help us. We had a delay in generating the BOQ certificate needed after we have completed our quarantine. Ms. Pamela went out of her way to help us expedite the needed certificate. I was very stressed and anxious because it was almost 5 hours of us waiting for the Bureau of Quarantine to respond but Ms. Pamela was on top of it and was helping us communicate directly to the bureau. Overall, it’s worth booking at Parque España because you know they will take care of you.

I stayed in this very pleasant residence hotel for almost 6 months, and it was clearly a much better place than the previous hotel I stayed in. The units are big, the beds comfortable, and no bed mites ( surots ). The staff are all very polite & obliging.. a very great place for a stay cation. Kudos!

Stayed for 3 nights in a large apartment with 2 bedroom, kitchen, dining and sitting. It is spacious but dated. The main bathroom tiles has a problem and smell of retained bath water. Maybe it is just that one apartment that has this problem. Good view of the city. Close to other malls and within walking distance. Breakfast at the top floor. Pretty decent spread.

I stayed here with a colleague for work. Unfortunately I left my prescription eyeglasses at our room prior checking out. I was a few blocks away from the hotel already when I realized it was not packed in my bag but couldn't return immediately due to work schedule, so I decided to call the front desk and thought they might help me in recovering my lost item. After several attempts to contact them, it was already past lunchtime when they confirmed there was nothing left in the room. The staff was unhelpful and I doubt the security of the place. If you're staying at this hotel, please triple check all your belongings. There are other hotels nearby with more accommodating staff and hopefully, a safer place for your things.

Check-in was organized. Staff are courteous. Hotel is clean. COVID-19 related posters and signages are displayed conspicuously. Parking, though, is limited and was easily full due to the timing of our booking. Security personnel advised street parking instead.

  • 4/5 Tal P. 1 year ago on Google
Very easy to locate using google maps. Near other establishments so if you want to eat out you can easily take a cab or walk. But unfortunately they lack enough room to accommodate parking, and elevators needed some facelift to look like they are new again.

We booked two rooms. One room for two nights and the other room for a week. Rooms were pretty spacious. The people were friendly and accommodating. The room rates are affordable The building was quite outdated. Cabinets have faded paints, ACs were old and not working properly, the kitchen sink clogged and flooded. The stove takes time to heat up. The breakfast area were ok and same with the food. The wifi is fast but it's limited to devices.

  • 4/5 Aravindh K. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms are great. The location are excellent. But the room services was not good. Especially in house keeping. Need to improve a lot

This room is highly recommended for a family or group of 6 because it has 3 airconditioned rooms with spacious bed. Very good room service and clean kitchen and tiolet. Good deal for staycation.

Huge place, great for large gatherings in a private settings. Its like celebrating at your own home. My only complain is their parking fee.

  • 4/5 Jon Leo A. 1 year ago on Google
Affordable rates, big rooms, nice looking rooms, ample facilities, a simple yet relaxing place to be in. Parking is tight and limited, engineering and mainternance have to be improved.
