Been here a few times but this time it was for a two-day training at one of their conference rooms. Conference room was okay but there wasn’t enough power outlets. Food was good but whenever it was coffee break, a long queue of people will go to the single coffee machine provided. We were a big group and i wished they provided at least 2 coffee machines or just the conventional coffee dispenser would be a better choice.

As I reluctantly checked out of the Acacia Hotel, I couldn't help but reflect on the extraordinary experience I had enjoyed. The combination of luxury, impeccable service, and natural beauty had created a haven of serenity that would forever remain etched in my memory. This hotel had not only exceeded my expectations but had also set a new standard for what a truly amazing hotel experience should be.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Acacia hotel and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. Warm and Welcoming Atmosphere: The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the front desk greeted me with genuine smiles and made the check-in process seamless. They were incredibly attentive and willing to accommodate my requests. Luxurious Accommodations: My room was an absolute haven of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the plush bedding to the tasteful decor. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping service that kept everything in pristine condition. Stunning Views: The hotel's location is truly something to boast about. My room offered breathtaking views of the city, which made my mornings and evenings truly special. I couldn't have asked for a better backdrop for my stay. Culinary Delights: The dining options at Acacia hotel were outstanding. I enjoyed a variety of delicious meals at their onsite restaurant. The quality of the food, presentation, and attentive service exceeded my expectations. It's clear that the hotel takes great pride in its culinary offerings. Amenities Galore: Whether you're looking to relax or stay active, Acacia hotel has you covered. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I made use of the spa facilities, which were a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Exceptional Service: What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. They were always ready with recommendations for local attractions and activities. Perfect Location: The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. I cannot believe this is a five-star hotel. My family stayed here from Dec 1 to 7. The following are my reviews: Pros: * Rooms have good sound-proof walls. * Amenity kit is complete. * The newly-opened Cantonese restaurant serves good food. Cons: * The shower room is not completely enclosed (water leaks from shower door). By the time you're done showering, the whole toilet and bath is flooded. * The breakfast area is very crowded. The seats were comfy but they are too big in the small dining hall. * They only have one functioning high chair in the whole hotel. Yes, just one. It is hard to believe that they only have one child guest in a day. * Customer service is poor. In relation to the previous bullet, we asked for a high chair for my 1yo daughter (during breakfast). No one went back to tell us that they do not have it. We just followed up and they told us to wait. We cannot wait any longer and decided to take turns eating with a toddler on our lap. Fast forward our 7th day of stay here, my husband had enough and complained. That is when I found out that the whole hotel only has one functioning high chair. Unbelievable! They made us use this high chair that looked like it was dug directly from trash. Pictures are attached. * Limited food choices in breakfast.

We ate at Acacia Hotel in Alabang. First time in Oct 2023 food was great as well as the service. We came back Nov. 25, 2023 Food was different we came back since we loved the Roast Beef. But there was no Roast beef or any beef viand. The food was not good. Will not recommend their buffet and will not come back anymore.

There was a function and elevators were packed and no self parking space only valet available. Room was ok and very clean. AC wasn't very strong and bathroom fixtures need an upgrade. 4th floor room give was noisy and didn't care much for it being so close to the noisy pool either. All in all just an ok stay and in the area I'd say other hotels are worth looking into like Crimson.

Extremely pleasant guards, attendants, cleaners. Slow check-in process. Shower is barely warm and the AC control stays at 18C.

It was my 1st time to stay at this hotel. It was just an invitation from a friend and I am very much delighted for the experience. It was luxurious but very much worth it. I am considering the place for our celebration for our upcoming 7th anniversary.

This hotel is exceptional! The staff were very accommodating and welcomed us warmheartedly. The exquisite cuisine is one of a kind, as it explored many Filipino dishes. The rooms were also my kind of aesthetic, and I enjoyed the outside view. I went for a dip and had a great time swimming. This hotel was a nice experience, affordable too.

Loved every bit of our staycation. They really gave a 5-star experience to their guests. Requested for two wine glasses since we brought out own wine and it was free of charge. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious. There were many kids at the pool the time we went there because it was the holidays. But overall, we still went for a dip and towels were available, even at the gym.

My stay with Acacia was a pleasant experience. We were checked in on the third floor directly beside the pool so it was very convenient. Their free complementary ensaymada and coffee treat is the best part of my stay so far. I didn't anticipate it so it was rather a pleasant surprise. The breakfast provided a lot of options so I enjoyed it as well. If there was anything not so nice to be said about my experience, it's just the room not having white lights. It's too much yellow lights which was rather sleepy.

There's nothing to say here for Acacia Hotel. I could tell lots about their buffet breakfast because their buffet breakfast is the best I had so far on hotels around Alabang. No waste food, no tasteless food. Their breakfast buffet is expensive but reasonable. My only concern is the area where you could ask for freshly cooked eggs. It's not easy to notice. For the room, the ventilation of the room is super nice. Feels like fresh air. Lacks table for the kitchenette since they used and maximized the table of the TV for mini fridge. Unfortunately, I couldn't notice easily unless asked. The room has 24/7 dining, but it is too overpriced. The hotel has a wellness spa inside and enjoyed it after hours of dinner. Experience is great. A place I'll consider to book again :))

Overall, I rate my stay at Acacia Hotel Manila as excellent. Complimentary breakfast was superb, lots of food in the menu. Service staff were courteous and professional (good training there!). Head chef was friendly and hands on, even assisting some guests on their choices. Housekeeping staff were hospitable. Housekeeper Rose was efficient and engaging in a friendly way. Friendly doorman (I forgot his name, he was on duty morning of Jan. 24) helped me book a ride when my Grab account did not work. I did not miss my flight as a result. He was having breakfast yet helped me when I requested for assistance. Thanks for the help. Elevators are fast. 3rd floor open area gives a good view of Filinvest. πŸ‘ Room lighting could be improved, though. Thanks for the great stay! Hope you will have more satisfied guests.

Had a very good stay in Acacia! We came there to spend the Easter Sunday event and my daughter enjoyed it so much! Plan is to only stay for a night but since the experience was nice, we grabbed another night to fully enjoy the hotel!

Stayed there Nov.1-4. Would like to extend a day more but rates was higher than previous I got. Breakfast was really good. Lots of varieties. Staffs were all nice n accommodating. The only not soooh nice thing I noticed are bathroom towels! Normally in our previous stays in hotels they used white towels that look so neat but theirs looked dirty greyish even if it’s a new stuff you requested. My husband told me to write a review about it. Hope when we come back nxt time this will be taken cared of when we book again for our vacation!

Highly recommend βœ¨πŸ™Œ Everything was great about Acacia. A favorite of flight crews. Breakfast buffet has everything you would expect from British to American to Filipino delicacies. Room was spacious and complete with all you can expect from a 5 star hotel. Great overnight with no complaint whatsoever. Thumbs up.

Acacia if our favorite family hotel. The rooms are clean. The location is perfect. But what keeps us coming back is the excellent service. The staff are courteous, super friendly and very efficient. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a perfect stay cation.

The accommodations at Acacia Hotel Manila were simply outstanding. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable bedding to the well-appointed bathroom. The room offered a peaceful and relaxing environment, providing a much-needed respite after a long day of exploring the city.

2023 APFAN conducted here. Great location for the event, nice hotel with tip top services, all the meals supplied were so flavourful and delicious. Variety is choices and the facilities were great. Reasonable price and upgrade us to the suite, with nice decorations as well. Highly recommended for all.

Was definitely a 5 star experience no doubt. My staycation with family was well spent and worth it here. Rooms were spacious and well-maintained, while the buffet was definitely my favourite part. The variety and selection of dishes made the prices worth it. Staff was welcoming and accommodating to the public, and the hotel as a whole was definitely a luxury to be in. Would definitely recommend to my friends next time!! One of the best around Alabang. πŸ’―

I'm torn about writing this review because there were a few Acacia service members who made my stay good, but considering everything, my whole experience was subpar. First, I'm not sure what's going on with the front desk reception, but I felt like a nuisance every time I came up. They acted cold besides maybe one or two women which is bizarre because their primary focus is customer service. One of them didn't even look at me in the eyes while helping me. The day before my final day, the front desk offered me a boxed breakfast since I was leaving at 4 AM for an early flight. I confirmed again with them that night that it'll be ready. The following morning, at 4:15 AM, I checked out. I was told that my room was settled since I paid in advance. I wasn't asked how my stay was. I walked out of the hotel and actually came back since I forgot about my boxed breakfast. They didn't seem aware of it at all since they didn't even remind me when I checked out. All I got was, "It's not ready yet, are you willing to wait?" No apologies, nothing. I paid extra for the breakfast rate only to not receive the breakfast and to have that be my final interaction at Acacia. It left a terrible taste in my mouth. On the night of my birthday, I had three relatives come visit me in my room. Our conversations were in normal voice level with much laughter. We received a call regarding a noise complaint which really surprised us. I then realized that my room was a connecting room. At that point, I completely understood their complaint. It would be helpful to notify guests that their room is a connecting room. When I booked with an Acacia rep, I wasn't notified of this. However, I was always informed of this in other hotels and even cruise ships and have opted to have a different room. If no other rooms were available and I was informed appropriately, I would've made sure to be mindful of the other guests that one night that my relatives visited me. However, I'll give credit where credit is due. The rooms were clean. And the housekeeping staff are hardworking and always made sure I had everything I needed. The bellhops, drivers, and security were the warmest and made my stay all worthwhile. I was alone for my trip, and I always felt welcomed and part of their family. Similarly, when my grandmother, who visited me, fell coming out of the van, one of them was quick to bring her water and a wheelchair in case she needed it. Overall, I won't be coming back or recommending Acacia. I stayed at a different hotel when I visited a province during my 2-week stay in the Philippines, and I couldn't help but notice the palpable difference in customer service. I paid way less and received consistently stellar and genuine customer service. A sincere apology or a simple smile should not be that much to ask for and can make a world of a difference to your guests.

We were here for 2-nights because we were attending a wedding. As a group we had a few Deluxe rooms, Junior Suites, and the Acacia Suite. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Everything was clean and seemed sanitized. The breakfast buffet was good each day and I believe it came with the room booking (but not sure since my friend booked it for me). Staff was accommodating and spoke good English.

Food could be better. Stayed here for mandatory quarantine period and we were not allowed to order food from outside the hotel. Felt like staying in a 3-4 star hotel. At least the hotel staff were amazing.

Stayed there with my family on an Easter weekend back in 2015. The hotel and the whole Filinvest City was very sparsely populated and we enjoyed the quietness very much. Rooms are a bit smallish but has very modern designs. AC was good. Amenities were also ok. Mostly used as a business hotel, but we went there for vacation.

Had to stay at this hotel for my 2 week quarantine and my personal experience was that it could have been better. We were also not allowed to order food from outside so we're stuck with the hotel food. Their prepacked meals were not as I had expected. See attached picture to get an idea. The heater for the hot water wasn't working well and the water drainage in the bathroom is blocked most of the time. Wifi access was being hammered most of the day and it's only fast when everyone is asleep.

Hotel accommodation is top notch, the ambiance, location and service, superb. The restaurant/ Coffee Shop is well lit and grandiose. The staff are simply amazing, even the pool attendant Richard was diligent to keep his guests safe. Best to book before new year's eve as you get to witness a grand celebration and the fireworks from the neighboring communities will be spectacular from the comfort of your hotel window. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again with them by the close of next year. Kudos!!!

Staying here for 5 day quarantine, room was well presented but has cockroaches, and other small bugs, food was not well presentable and at most times un-edible . If we ordered other food than was on their specific menu they overcharged and still didn't get order correct. I would not recommend this "5 star" (lmfao) hotel

Not good for staycation as of the moment: check in time(3pm) check out (11AM) Cleanliness: 95% (rooms were carpeted) No welcome drinks, but there is coffee/tea available in the room. Pool area: very small and not suitable for kids unattended since its a view deck area, good that there is pool attendant, pool time is oNly until 8PM, which everyone who checked in wants to dip in the pool. No umbrella shade even. Very hot on the lunch and afternoon time, Buffet breakfast: until 10am only. We came around 930am and almost foods were finished already, i even asked the staff if they will still refill, a lot were still eating when we came, an additional person for the buffet is way costly than the food they serve, they did refill a little amount of food, guest are still coming around 10am but food was really finished already, before 10am they started to pack up the stations of food, the juice area, coffee machines, even they know there are still people completing their meals.. my bad i did not mind the booking that check out is at 11am (not internationally standard even) thinking its a known hotel.. i guess will not recommend if they will go for spending a staycation. Upon check out, a lot were in cue in line as there is only 1 attendant in the reception area, and no official receipt was given also..

It is our second stay for this first quarter of 2022 and Acacia Hotel has been the standard for our quick getaway from the Metro. The staff from the lobby to the room attendants and buffet attendants are very accommodating, efficient and excellent in providing assistance to our needs. We checked in and out without any concern. Thank you so much for taking good care of us and taking the initiative to upgrade our room for our anniversary. We are looking forward to stay with you again. See you soon.

Of all the hotels I have been to, Acacia serves the worst breakfast. It is not worth paying the buffet breakfast for. However, all other experiences kinda made up for this little issue. I love how their staff members are very accommodating, and the free shuttle definitely was a wow factor for me. They made us feel very important. Overall, I would still go back anytime.

We got 3 rooms for our family and all rooms a/c is defaulted at 23C even if we manually set it to 18C because the weather now is quite hot sometimes but manageable. If we can have more control with the a/c everything is perfect. Overall great stay. Thanks so much!

    1. TV is usually not working. (The connection error occurred always.) 2. The hot water supply was not enough. I stayed for approx. 70days and only for a few days I could get the sufficient hot water. I complained several times, however no improvement. 3. The elec. power supply is not enough. Only a few connections are alive. 4. The laundry bag and slips are not provided. I called to bring them almost everyday.

The restaurant food is good. I enjoyed the food; but the service was not good. I finished my water, but no one came to my table after bringing my food to see if I wanted more water, some coffee (high profit item), dessert (another high profit item), a smooth drink, beer, etc. They bring your food to your table. Then they leave. I hear them congregating with each other, but they don't come back to your table to check on the guest.

Great location near supermarket and restaurants Also the laundry price is reasonable However, there are few that can be improved. - Too few sockets in room. Two in far corner and two under desk. Adding socket besides bed would be nice - Light for working. I found the light either too orange (room light) or too white (desk light). If the light is the same in bathroom, that would be nice. - Breakfast experience It really feel like going to class when guests have to line up to sign before entering. And tables are very clustered like 5 tables next to each other.

Nice hotel. Had a gym, spa and swimming pool, which I want able to use because of business hours. Room was clean and roomy. Plenty of options for breakfast from eggy bread, fresh fruit and various types of pasta and meats. I have marked down the service because when a was there none of the restaurants and bars were open, apart from the lobby restaurant. I will be staying here next time I am in Philippines on business in September.
