Doctors has NO punctuality. At least if the doctor is going to be late have the courtesy to tell the patients who has been waiting for hours. NO such Thing as an appointment in this hospital. Even if you call or advice them. This hospital prioritize the doctor more than the patients. Some Doctors here feel like they must be glorified they think that they are a better person than their patients.. The Doctors here are so greedy they practice with several hospital knowing that one minute for every patients means a delay to meet others. If you Wish to see a doctor immediately don't come to this hospital. If you do come make sure you have a lot of patience and money.

▪Lack of aircon/proper ventilation in the OPD waiting area. ▪Nurses lack in empathy towards their patients. ▪The only service that was okay is their HMO booth. The process was super smooth. I gave a final rating of 1/5 because of the doctor who examined me. ▪Lined up at 1pm (doctor schedule starts at 1) ▪Doctor arrived at 3pm (or 3:30) ▪After 7 patients, the "Founder" called the doctor for a small talk that lasted for more than 30 minutes. ▪I was 12th in line but was "examined" around 5:30pm (4 hours and 30minutes after)...and our whole conversation lasted for a little under 3 minutes. ▪Doctor was obviously not interested in knowing the patients history or whatever. Just gave a prescription and a medical certficate). ▪I went back to the nurse station only to find out that I have to pay 200php for the medical certificate that I never even asked for in the 1st place (I don't need a medical certificate) but I just paid because I was so tired for waiting 4.5hours and just wanted that whole experience to be over. Aside from the medcert and prescription, no receipts were given as well.

My mom was admitted here last 2019. From our experience, the resident doctor at the emergency help us coz my mom was low in oxygen that time. They told us to secure at least 30k downpayment for the admission. Our family we're very thankful, maalaga ang mga staffs nila.

This hospital must close immediately. No competent staff and doctor. Do not bring your love ones to seek medical treatment. Better off to other hospitals except this. You'll be dead by the time the doctor will see you.

Poor service. We waited for hrs in ER with my 4yr old son. I saw a family with new born baby . They said to the parents the baby can't be confined without the dp of 20k. 🙄🙄🙄

Guards will welcome you with irritable question of your purpose of visit, even having doubts if it’s true or not. Nursing staff are not hospitable and not accommodating either. As we approached the nursing station, everyone pretended to be busy. One nurse noticed us but chose to ignore our presence. I’ve never seen anyone working in this hospital with a smile on their face. As for the billing process… it was very slow. Even the most patient person on earth could not bear the waiting process.

I had my PT sessions at this hospital for my rotator cuff and neck pain. All throughout the 11 sessions, I have nothing but good things to say about their rehab facility and their physical therapists, Ms. Lynne, Sir Irwin and Sir Cedric. They really do their jobs so well, they show utmost and sincere concern for their patients. I am so happy that there is a rehab center close by, with competent staff and their rehab doctor, Dr. Alcala. Thank you.

The worst hospital I've been to. You will need to have an appointment prior to laboratories and procedures and wait for a week! When you get there, you will need to wait for 3 hours before they can accommodate you. Big hospital but limited machines. Many staff but not accommodating. Never again. AND the results will not be provided in a timely manner. I went there 3 times hoping to get the result, but still, not yet available for releasing. Such a waste of time and money 🙃🙃

If you are considering this hospital for medical help, better think twice. Hope the review page has option to choose No star! 😡 📌 Unorganized - HMO dept or O. R. dept should coordinate with the admission dept. Proper instructions should be provided to the patient or relative. 📌Delay on delivering services. You have to wait for a long period of time. Had no available room to stay even if I'm scheduled for an operation. Stayed at the recovery room for almost 7 hrs, starving and felt weak, tired. 📌rate of small private room is 3k per day with no television, no personal refrigerator and no phone even just for calling their internal offices, and no WiFi. Just bed and aircon, and cr with so many cockroaches. Yes, big cockroaches. 📌 Once you were instructed to go home, you have to wait for almost 8hrs to finalise the bill, philhealth and hmo. 📌Prior to all of these chaos, I have an existing issue with the HMO dept of the hospital that they have used my Letter of authorization, printed it with my name card number personal details.. But it was used by a different patient for a doctor and the cost of consultation was deducted to my benefit limit.

It was a nightmare of an experience in the ER. We waited for 3 hours before we were catered by the doctor. They kept apologizing for the delay of service, but it's an ER for god sakes! You go there because you need immediate medical attention!! The worst part was they were even taking a snack while patients were waiting!! The nurses and doctor that day doesn't have a sense of urgency! We ended up leaving the hospital, and go to Binakayan Medical Center. Would I go visit this hospital again? Never!!!

I took swab test Dec 31, i arrived at the hospital at 11am to have my test, I was tested 1:30 or almost 2pm promised to be sent my swab result 24-48hrs. 48hrs later my swab sample us still with them and result will be given the nextday! Poor service!!! And also, I had my urinalysis prior tho swab test, that day was the first day of my period, and surprisingly my utinalysis result was NORMAL, no blood shown in my result. Wow!!! The guard and the receptionist and the secretary of the doctor talk to me very well they entertain me by respect. Its fast after i show my pcr i go upstair and the secretary assist me to the doctor. And the doctor was very really very professional and directly he know whats my problem and helped me in everything. In fact all the staff was helpful and so kind and respectable.

No priority lane for pwd and pregnant patients in the swabbing area. Imidiately asking for payment if cash or card. Not recommending this hospital find better hospital near the area.

Went here because of heartburn. They tested and gave me medication but had to wait for almost 3 hours and did not feel any better. Ang tagal ko nakaupo sa wheelchair and nobody really cared kung may kailangan paba ako gawin. Had to sign a waiver just to go home. There was very few patients when I got here pero they waited for more patients bago sila nag kikilos. Am just glad my HMO card covered for everything.

Open 24 hours but no doctors at 6pm. FD Staff not so good.

My baby is admitted to NICU for 7 days. Nurses, doctors and staffs are great. I got a worry-free experience from SPCMC. Plus, canteen offers very cheap and delicious food daily.

YOU CAN DEFINITELY SAY THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL YOU CAN GO TO AND BE ADMITTED GRABE THEY ONLY RAN SOME TESTS AND HINDI MAN LANG NAKAUSAP OR NATINGNAN NG DOCTOR TAPOS MAKE SURE THAT YOUR STUFF ARE SAFE KASE GRABE...AND THE STAFF IS VERY SLOW UNLIKE PRIVATE HOSPITAL...

Hats off to Nurse Cristina and her assistant Kay, very caring nurses at the ER. Staff and medical staff (Medtech on duty) were competent. Not sure if reasonably priced though because I used my HMO (kaya 4 stars lang).

I call for the schedule of check up in pedia department for my son. the staff that entertain me are rude! dont know how to be polite.. Very poor service.

I visit the hospital for emergency treatment but the guard on duty told me that this hospital has no medicine for first dose of medicine for treatment of cat bite.

It was really disgusting and a nightmare that this hospital discharged a unwell patient. The patient is in need of O2 as they prescribed oxygen how ever after several days of admission they remove from her the oxygen and for discharge without telling any diagnostic conditions of the patient. The patient waited for a posh chair to bring her down to go home and from there the patient suddenly went down or with cardiac arrest due to luck of oxygen because they take off the oxygen from her and instead to be discharged they bring the patient to the ER/ICU where she last a couple of hours and so painful we went this hospital for medical care and treatment but for no reason they charges a volume of money in killing a love one.

The place is nice since its new, staffs who attended for my xray was ok while the only downside since they’re a private hospital is they charge more compared to other hospitals nearby.

The emergency is is REALLY worst! Doing everything very slow, they choose to keep talking with the their own staff than serving the patient! OMG no wonder just now have one girls is yelling them n scolding them. This kinds of attitude is not helping patient , it rather kill patient slowly. For your own good The patient in critical condition pls dont bring to here. Because if meet them will surely die! I am really speechless with the service n attitude of the emergency doctor n nurse.

One specific doctor (that seems more like a malnourished patient) is very unprofessional. At one instance, she arrived two and a half hours after her clinic schedule. She automagically gave diagnosis and prescriptions in a few seconds without using standard medical tools such as stethoscope, thermometer, sphygmomanometer, etc. to confirm what had been measured by the secretaries. She also failed to ask some important questions like allergies. or the initial medications taken. Another case is that iof the pedia secretaries. Doctor cancelled her clinic and the affected patients were not informed. Yet again a lab technician asked the patients what are the rests needed when the approved request was already in their possession.Had asked us to confirm from the physician.

This hosp was recommended by my doctor when I went to her clinic last time. I need to be treated urgently because of my low blood count, I declined her recommendation. I heard alot of bad things from our neighbor about this hospital. My son also told me that his friend's mom was rushed to this hospital and had a horrible experience. My son said I can check the reviews of the hospital at facebook but I guess they prevented people from seeing it, so I checked google, good thing I was able to search for it. Indeed, truly AWFUL and DISGUSTING hospital in Cavite. Intuition and word of mouth is powerful! Lets help each other, in that way we can save the lives of their possible patient.

We went to this hospital because my father-in-law had SEVERE stomach pain. He had history of heart attack so he can’t have acid reflux bc it might cause another attack so we really need to have him checked. We arrived at the hospital but they’re doing NOTHING! First Aid, NOTHING! They said that we had to pay cash already bc the health card approval might take long. So we called the Health Card customer service ourselves and they said that “THEY HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY REQUESTS!!” I can’t imagine what might’ve happened if we didn’t call customer service! Then they saw us calling customer service. Few mins later, it is already approved. So if you are taking someone here for Emergency, think twice! There are other good hospitals in Cavite but not here.

Bad experience with the incompetence of the hospital staffs here. We discharged our mom right away after 2 days because of their inefficiencies and unprofessionalism. No wonder there are so many bad reviews in this hospital.
