They take 12 hours to cook their offerings, and you are sure that this is done with precision to ensure that your getting what you pay for. I love how cozy the ambience is. The people are you kind and friendly. And since we are in a pandemic, they do the necessary precautions need. The food are mostly lutong bahay. So yummy and delicious. Most try is their crispy pata.

This restaurant should have more care for their customers. We've been eating at this restaurant many times now since the food is splendid and as we were about to eat, a waiter suddenly blocked us from bringing a drink and a chip inside the restaurant. My parents tried to explain that my 3 year old sister is picky with eating food and she will get frustrated that she can't eat her chips. After attempts of consideration, we were told that we can't eat here for bringing outside food. We know that you shouldn't really bring any food from outside since it might cause trouble for the restaurant but we do hope there is some consideration put in that allows customers like us to bring outside food. In summary, the food is good but the staffs here are strict when it comes to rules and expect little to no consideration. I hope that changes in the future.

The atmosphere feels homey, and the food is affordable. Their steak is just local beef, so it's a bit tough.

Stopped here for a late lunch on the way to Lancaster. There's a lot of parking space and there's an area where you can eat outside. We got the T-bone steak, baked macaroni, smoked pork belly and coffee. The T-bone was a disappointment. It was stringy and tough. Also a bit dry. Same with the smoked pork belly. It was a bit dry. We were expecting it to be juicy and fatty. Anyway, the baked macaroni and cheese was good. It was really cheesy and savory. Also, the portion was big. Good thing we had the coffee, since it was really good.

I did strongly recommended this when it was still Buenoz Diaz. The food amd price range was superb! Bang for the buck. We can eat here almost everyday. Now that it has changed, concept and all, so far I have not liked what we ordered. Truffle pasta and crispy pork. It was more expensive but lesser quality food. Pasta was over cooked, only truffle oil was used, though it is not overwhelming - which is good. Crispy pork was just meh. I liked the lechon kawali then compared to now. I might change rating once I try their coffee and smoked slabs.
