Place is okay, just the policy. Approved installment last april 5 and supposed to be next payment is may 18 but got disconnected last april 14. Reason was that d daw na approved ang request but service was already reconnected from april 6 to 13.

Slow repair whichs costed me 5 days of work pay. Worst service at its best. They committed a date on their repair visit to our home but no repair technician showed up.

The place is okay, but the service is worst ever! Last July We requested to cut the internet because of bad service bad internet connection but until now they didn’t do it no connection. We still receive Billing !!!!!!!

Been waiting for months on reconnection. Since we moved from gen. Tri. to noveleta, 1 month passed with daily calls to there hotline without us knowing it got cancelled for some bullsh#t reason.

closed every time. today is November 27, 2018 they wouldn't be open till December 17, 2018. this is the third time i came here in two years and all the same freakin story. cannot wait till the new telco service came available.
