    Poor customer service, we went there with my PWD mother for her laboratory works. I don't know whats the reason for their slow extraction it took us 1hr plus waiting for the number to appear on the screen. My PWD mother can't stay in the wheel chair that long due to her heart/cancer condition. The cashier also lacks of smaller bills.Hopefully they will address these issue so that they can improve their services. Although the receptionist are very accomodating they will promptly answers all your queries.

    So bad it wasn't enough that the queue was long, the wait time for extraction was waaaaay longer. You could've done better especially during Saturdays perhaps add more people in the extraction area.

    Had bad experience in this clinic, or I must say THE WORST! Cash basis- Took more than 2 hours for the blood extraction, most of the staff has poor knowledge regarding lab test preparations and instruction, lab request was sent thru their email, they printed and even marked each tests, what to be done and not. Ended up with lacking labtest results and had to go back for blood extraction and experience the long waiting time again. Will not come back again!!! And won’t recommend it to others either. I wasted so much time.

    hi-pres is very organized and systematic. The test prices are also very reasonable and they really stand for what they advertise, affordable price and great quality. They scan temp. and require contact tracing forms (direct to nearest hospital triage/ER for your laboratory needs if you have fever). Also they charge additional 100 due to PPE and other covid measures. I recommend making sure your online Patient ID is accurate, mix up may result to delayed online results, highly recommend to get results online to avoid exposure.

    I trust Hi-Precision's excellence and credibility with laboratory tests. With that in mind, expect the crowd throughout the day. Staff excellence varies on the branch. In this specific branch, staff are polite and approachable. They are also good with kids. Sometimes though they could get very hectic and disorganized.. personally, it's really hassling. Ps. They have wheelchairs available for those who need it.

    HMO approval ate too much of our time. We waited for more than 3 hours. Not recommended to HMO members.

    The place has good atmosphere and well-ventilated because it was air-conditioned. But this place is too crowded because many people are going there to have medical check-up. You need to fall in line and approximately 30-40 minutes to wait before your turn.

    Staff were real friendly but their HMO approval process alone is HORRIBLY INEFFECTIVE. I have opted to use our HMO. We were informed that there is a long line for HMO Approval. BUT I never expected to spend almost 4 hours for the HMO approval alone! Upon registration, since my Kid is sick, I suggested if they could proceed with my kid's CBC test and I could just pay in case HMO disapproves. They said it can't be done since they are short staffed. Their Online HMO is totally useless for sudden sickness as it should be done 2 days prior to visit. Then I was told, upon asking and my kid not yet tested, that test results would be the next day! Total waste of time! Need to find another lab to accomodate us to get the much needed results within the day!

    Fast service and staff are very helpful. It only took less than 30mins for me to complete the procedure. The lab test is also very cheap.

    Poor service, given time is inaccurate. We wasted our time and money for the expired RT-PCR result. 2 - 3 days result, Our flight was cancelled and needs to re-test our RT-PCR again!!!

    Took me 4 hours to get an ultrasound that's supposedly scheduled. Staff said theyd get my HMO approved the day before but upon arrival I had to wait for that as well. Place is understaffed. Saw someone eating in a vacant ultrasound room is that even sanitary?
