A $15 Thai chicken salad with no more than 2 oz of chicken on it. Ridiculous. I really want to eat here more often, but unfortunately, my experience is alway disappointment in the quality of the food and the proportions of protein. Recommend you go inside of Smith’s and get a much better salad for 2/3 the price.

***UPDATE-Kneaders contacted me and wanted to make it right by offering compensation and gift card. They were so kind and emailing me right back and trying to figure out the best way to make it better. I definitely appreciate them taking the time and do what they could to help. Thank you!! CUSTOMER SERVICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SUCH A JOKE!!! Do not even think about catering with this location. We spent over $300 on catering services for a large family gathering on Sat. Which we ordered 5 days prior and even called the night before to confirm once again on our order and they told us it would be ready by 7:30pm. Well….7:30 we show up and NOTHING was put together. “Oh sorry, it looks like they didn’t bake the bread for your sandwiches, so those aren’t ready and none of the salads are put together either. Um…give me 10 mins and I’ll quickly put it together.”…1 HOUR LATER!!!! WHAT A FLIPPING JOKE!! I will never ever use them for anything and will tell others not to go there for catering services. I have never been treated with such a ‘I couldn’t care less’ person who couldn’t even say ‘sorry’ with sincerity and clearly didn’t care at all that we had family waiting on food and some needing to leave. NEVER AGAIN! And after sitting there waiting WE HAD to ask her if there was anything she could do because we spent so much money on food that wasn’t even together and she insults us with a $20 gift card. Thanks! That helped.

Does not remotely compare to homemade baking. Even the freezer aisle of the grocery store would score higher points. On top of that, they can’t even compensate the lack of taste with good portion sizes. They charged around $5 for basically half a slice of key lime pie, see picture.

We ordered a fruit tart and bread pudding.. the fruit tart had old gross fruit and the bread pudding was rock hard. Would not recommend!

I like the food and come regularly for the convenience of where it's located but I finally decided to leave a review. This location is the SLOWEST and you will wait forever whether you go in or through the drive-thru. I am talking 30 or 40 minutes for a sandwich. They are consistently out of basic bakery items such as sugar cookies and are often out of many other items on the menu. The other day I was there and asked specifically if they had a certain sandwich, they told me that they did and after waiting for 30 minutes they told me they were actually out of an ingredient. I wouldn't have purchased it had they just told me that from the beginning. Today I went through the drive-thru and was charged $25 for someone else's order instead of my $11 order because they didn't bother to read it back to me before I handed them my card. I keep really wanting to support them, and at this point I'm just not sure it's worth going back. This is months and months I've let down.

Usually we get 3-4 star food here. We purchase a key lime pie regularly, we will look elsewhere for pies in the future. The pies used to be well worth it, this time was different visibly and lacked the lime flavor. The pie was about 75% whipped cream, 15% crust, 10% lime. The other thing that this lacks is the graham crust that they used to have. Disappointed looking to purchase our pies elsewhere until this improves. Maybe with Bidenflation they skimped on quality but may have lost a customer. Hopefully things improve because we generally like this store.

After taking a couple bites of my salad, I looked down and saw an alive spider crawling in my salad🤢 I understand that I was eating a salad that has fruit on it but to me that makes me think they’re not cleaning their fruit/lettuce properly. This location has gone downhill the past 1-2 years.

waited in drive-thru for 20-25 min. to find out they're out of bread when i went to order (the whole reason we came here)... and had 5 cars behind me. they should have a sign or employee stating this at the drive-thru & building entries. took another 10-15 min. to get my small order of soup (one of the only things on menu).

The artichoke sandwich was nice, if not as warm as I would've liked it. Service was fast and workers nice

The food was good. I placed an online order and showed up a few minutes after the quoted half an hour pick up time. They had not even started pur order. Three sandwiches took 15 minutes to make.... drive through orders moved way faster than my online order and some of the drive through orders had way more sandwiches and food.... even people who arrived at the store after I did had their orders placed and food in hand before my 3 items. It was ridiculous. I won't go to this location again.

Just average. No allergy friendly options and the food took a long time to get to us after ordering. The atmosphere is much like any other fast food type place. Nothing special.

Confirmed they have Apple Pay before ordering because I didn’t have my wallet. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of me. Get to the window, they say Apple Pay isn’t working and they’re really sorry and wouldn’t give me my food. Didn’t even offer a solution.

Yummy French toast! Atmosphere is welcoming, tables were clean, staff were courteous. We had breakfast around 9:30am and they weren’t very busy.

I LOVE the desserts here and I'm used to getting good food, but the past three times I've been here I've gotten one of the salads, and each time half of it's been rotten. 2/3 times I got the berry pecan salad, and all the strawberries, half the raspberries, and a good portion of the lettuce, so I was left with cheese, nuts, and dressing for $14.

Went to the Kaysville Kneaders for a treat with my husband. Bananas in the banana cream pie were black. Berry cheesecake was dry and tasted old. Berry croissant was delicious. That’s an expensive mix of Russian roulette. Won’t be going back there for a treat. They were also hosting a youth French toast decorating contest. Every table was occupied and they were out of French toast. Paying customers came and and walked back out, because there was no seating.

Don't go to this Kneaders. They're insanely understaffed. I went there at 5pm on a Friday evening and there were only 3 employees working, which meant the service was extremely slow. The employees were doing their best but you could tell they were stressed. That, combined with the overpriced food, makes this a place I'll never go back to.

I have gone to Kneaders in Kaysville many times. I am very very unsatisfied with this location. I’ve picked up food to find my sandwich on one side burnt, the facing down side was burnt. I’ve tried to pick up orders and have been ignored. I just want the management to know of my experiences.

Kneaders in Kaysville is struggling!! It has really gone down hill in the last 5 months with they service. Today we waited 45 minutes to get our food for our first person in our group. Then it took 15 minutes more for tens rest of our party. The focus of the drive thru is creating a slow turn around in the lobby! Cars were cranking through while people waited inside for food. We had to get it Togo because they took our whole lunch break

Nice place, great decor. We ordered the bottomless French toast. The gal was not happy when 2 of the people in our party of 4 ordered one more slice after the original 2 were gone. The lady who called our name for the order was rude (even the people at the next table noticed). Sorry if you were having a bad day, but your restaurant suffered for it.

I love the food here! Delicious salads, soups and sandwiches! I love their breads and desserts as well. The fireplace is very nice. They are a bit slow at getting food to you, including the drive through, but if you are not in a hurry, it's a fantastic lunch place!

They are so disorganized. We came on a busy morning and ordered a fairly simple breakfast order. We've been waiting over 40 minutes for our food and still don't have it. Meanwhile, we've seen dozens of cars roll through the drive through. You can tell they just don't have an organized approach to handling orders and getting them out efficiently when they are busy. When I expressed our concerns over waiting 50 minutes for our food, the lady told me that she "couldn't believe my audacity to complain." This store is awful. She told me that I should call corporate and share my suggestions.

It's a very sad thing to see a great restraint chain become a sad shadow of its self. Prices higher than ever, portion half the size.. It's reached the point where I can't justify going to kneaders anymore. Brownies are brownie bites, my French dip was barely large enough to dip without getting my fingers wet... Two bites... Seriously. Add to this wait times on pick up orders thst are 30-40 minutes past their estimate. It's just no longer worth it at all.

I am consistently pleased with the delicious food, clean atmosphere and wonderful service I receive at the Kneaders in Kaysville. I recently received drive thru service by an employee by the name of Sarah. She was incredibly efficient and extremely thoughtful. Sarah turned my day around and made a lasting impression with her generosity and kindness. Thank you! 🧡

They didn't really greet us, it was like a look of, okay what you want? Especially being on my bday, it was kinda meh service. The food is great though, no disappointment. Though wish they could acknowledged & smile alil.

Expensive, slow and always out of something. I keep going back because the partial salads are good. Business reached out offering gift cards, but frankly, I don’t think that solves the underlying problems at this location.

The endless French toast here is absolutely amazing. It’s pretty much like eating a cinnamon roll that looks like a huge piece of toast. Super delicious. If you’re gluten-free, the omelettes are very tasty. This place is a breakfast favorite for our family. Where are usually not a fan of the chain restaurants but kneaders always delivers great breakfast foods! I’ve also got a assortment of other pastries and desserts as well as lunch options. We don’t really usually come here for lunch but it seems like they’ve got some good options. Breakfast is where we believe these guys really shine.

I love the Chicken Alamando salad. I love their deserts. I wanted cheesecake to celebrate my birthday. Although the cheesecake was delicious the size of the slice keeps getting smaller and smaller. I remember when the slice could barely fit in the plastic container. They were very understaffed the day we were in. The soda fountain in the lobby was not working and there basically was no one to man the counter for drink refills. I love Kneaders but am finding them over priced for the quantity of product. I know that there are shortages everywhere and the grocery ailes show us everyday how manufacturers are shrinking everything

I always order food through the drive through and the workers are typically very nice. Their food is still good however, the last three times I was there I found a turkey bone in my turkey sandwich and hair (a LONG piece) in my moms soup. We also opened up our plate to find what looked like false lashes. I called to speak with the manager and she never came to the phone. I left my name and number and still no call back to this day. I won’t be eating here again. The food is still good but I dont appreciate the extras they put in .

The drive thru wait time is ridiculous. I waited 25 minutes and there was maybe 5 cars ahead of me. It would have been faster to go in.

If I could give -10 stars, I would. We ordered 2 tarts, chips and a piece of pie. Things that are already made and all they need to do is grab it out of their display case. We waited for 20min until we got so frustrated that we demanded a refund. The workers had every excuse in the book: We are understaffed. The worker who took our order is sick. We are prepping. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GRAB OUR DESSERTS OUT OF CASE WHILE I AM ORDERING THEM! When we were expressing our frustrations, they were rude and wouldn't admit that they could have done things different. We will NEVER be back! And I am guessing that the lady who was waiting in line for 10min without anyone acknowledging her, wont be back either. She left with us!

The all you can eat French toast is the best! They aren't afraid to give you more sauce or whipcream. Their sweets are on display and the first thing that catches your eye as you walk in the door. Everything looks so tasty, the place is clean and smells good.

The food is always yummy and the staff is always friendly. We love their breakfast - the ham and egg croissant is super good and the French toast is always a great choice! For lunch we love the turkey ranch on their cheese bread and the French dip. Oh, and the chocolate mousse bomb is amazing! Honestly, I haven’t had anything there that I didn’t really enjoy.

We waited 45 minutes at the drive thru. 2 o'clock in the afternoon and they they were out of eclaires and fruit tarts. We ordered brownies and then just sat in line with all the other cars . Horrible service.

CLOSE YOUR DRIVE THROUGH! Been trapped in it for 45 minutes when there were only two cars in it! in line at 10:40am to get breakfast by time I get to the speaker it’s 10:56, worker happily tells me sorry we stopped serving breakfast. I was like it says 11am when it stops, been in line since 10:40am and it’s not even 11. Worker again kinda snickers and is like yeah well no breakfast, sorry. I said why, no answer. Wow. Just shut your locations down if this how it’s going to be run. Trapping people in a drive through you can’t get out of, with employees who take joy in telling you they aren’t honoring your posted breakfast times Is not the way to run a business. And I’m a business owner, I’m horrified I’m having to leave this review, I never leave them because customers can be the worse and just want to complain over nothing. It was THAT BAD! Step up ownership and take some pride in your brand, close the locations and restaff, bad people are not worth hanging onto. Sacrifice come money for a bit and run a proper store. Until then goodbye Kneaders.

Consistently had bad service at this location. Online order are usually 15-20 minutes late and they don’t pick up the phone. Usually have to go inside after waiting 15 minutes, then wait in line to get curbside orders as they are unresponsive. Update: Now for the 3rd time: It is now 10:46 and they haven’t even started an order that was supposed to be picked up at 10:26. I actually had to ask for a refund.

Not sure who in charge of ordering supplies for kneaders in Kaysville...possibly no one. I know sometimes things run out, but today they were out of turkey, the time before they were out of croissants and the time before they were out of cranberry sauce. (I always -at least use to always-get the Turkey Cranberry Croissant). They were also out of raspberry pie. It's disappointing, but understandable to run out of something once or twice, but they're 0 for 4 on my last 4 attempts to order. I guess I'll have to find another place to eat. Sad. Edit: Kneaders did reach out to me. I appreciate that. Hopefully everything will be back in stock.

Used free delivery, and it was great. Problem was with Kneaders. Ordered smoothie and it didn't come, I called store and manager was very helpful in making the error right. That was before I opened my sandwich- supposed to be toasted, but barely warm and soggy and missing chips that were supposed to come with it. Very frustrating, to say the least. Food was good otherwise (after i toasted the sandwich).

This restaurant has wonderful soups, salads and sandwiches. I have fried many of their soups and my favorite is chicken noodles in a soup bowl. My daughter loves their chicken, avocado salad and their sugar cookies are yummy. They have breads of all kinds, deserts and baskets you can buy.

I had an excellent experience at this location last week. We went to the drive-through for a quart of soup and loaf of bread, and there was some miscommunication about a promotion. The staff (and owner) went above and beyond to clear things up and ensure that we left on a happy note. Besides all that, the food was delicious and an easy solution for a weeknight dinner. P.S. Thank you for the jam - it is as yummy as you promised!
