In this clinic I underwent cycloscopy 3 times (8 thousand) and laser coagulation 1 time (40 thousand) with Yu.I. Malakhova, who left only positive impressions as a doctor and a person. My story: a “lightning” appeared in the left eye when looking around, which is visible only on the street. Just in case, I went to 3 different clinics. The MCOH said that everything is fine with the retina, but there is vascular hypertonicity and lightning because of this. At FOCUS, the ophthalmologist pressed so hard on my eye during cycloscopy that sparks flew in my eyes. Then he sent me to his colleague, and she found some breaks in the retina and suggested laser photocoagulation, but they had no desire to stay. At EYEDOCTOR, Yu.I. Malakhova did not find any problems with the vessels, detected traction from the vitreous body and performed laser coagulation. A month and a year later, examinations showed that the traction was successfully blocked, no new problems were found on the retina, and vision was stable. However, the lightning remained with me, unfortunately it cannot be removed. But now it doesn’t seem to cause such harm to the retina, because it is blocked by the laser. In general, the clinic made a good impression, I chose it based on reviews. On the clinic’s website you can see each doctor, where he studied, etc. On their Instagram you can see a positive review from a female psychologist with -22 vision and retinal detachment, I recommend it.
