Great place close to home. A great option to relax after a working day and get a boost of energy for future use! I chose stretching and hammock training (fly fit). After a busy school day, this was just what I needed. And overall I began to feel much better. Thank you very much to the instructors! I enjoy every training session with great pleasure. Another nice bonus was that the club itself is very cozy and comfortable, with its own pleasant atmosphere. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend going here to train if you live or work nearby! I've been going to this studio for a month now and I can confidently recommend it. Excellent service and trainers, I even found my favorite trainer. A beautiful and atmospheric hall, and excellent equipment. In a month of training, I learned how to do a cross split and do a box, now I’m working with a coach on a longitudinal split. It’s also very cool that by paying for a subscription you can visit all available destinations and all studios. For those who are thinking of going to this studio, I can say that it is 100% worth a try.

I like the classes at the Flexibility Academy. My club is located at an address in Zhetysu, which is the most convenient location for me personally. Always clean and tidy. I’ve been to different trainers, but it’s only because of my schedule that I have time for Victoria’s classes. The trainer is a professional ♥️
