Golden Eagle is an excellent functional training gym (CrossFit box), whenever I'm visiting Almaty I always train here. The coaches are very professional and attentive, give feedback on your technique and manage your workout in a way that you maximise your training seasion but at the same time make sure that your don't overtrain, the admin personnel is very polite and helpful. Training at Golden Eagle also helps massively with my jiu jitsu - my strength and conditioning are now on another level. Also, they offer classes in Olympic weightlifting and kettlebell sport. Highly recommended.

By far the best crossfit in Almaty! Coaches are amazing and it's very cool that they have Wodify to track your progress.

Good coaches, not bad program, but not recommended to people, who don't like coldness

Отличный зал. Все необходимое оборудование в отличном состоянии. Очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный персонал.

1) there are many classes during the day( from early morning ) also on Saturday 2) the trainers are following the trainee and help and correct him while he s exercising 3) one hour of training without wasting time 4)the atmosphere is friendly and it is visible that people feel really in a crew and there is no barrier language also if you don’t speak kazakh or russian 5) the gym and the changing room are clean
