I couldn’t cope at all on my own. Vladislav Mikhailovich created a trusting atmosphere; I felt very comfortable sharing my thoughts and talking about my problems and difficulties. I felt a lot of support from him. Vladislav Mikhailovich taught me to support myself, take care of myself, and rely on myself. After therapy I feel more confident and resilient. My strength and joy of life returned.

The therapy took place with specialist Sandugash Mukhtarovna. I haven’t completely overcome my illness yet, but Sandugash really helped to significantly alleviate my condition. The result is noticeable. She is a competent, attentive and knowledgeable specialist. She gave me a lot of information that helped me and was useful. I was satisfied with the therapy I received. If I have any questions, I will contact her again, knowing that she will be able to help me. Good afternoon Today I completed a course of psychotherapy with the wonderful doctor Vladislav Mikhailovich Tsoi! 🤗 In 3.5 months, a colossal amount of joint work was done. I went to the center several times, after the first course I understood that I would return again, because of my own mistake, at the time of the first therapy I was not ready to say everything so openly and honestly, including admitting something to myself. I needed to get out of my not-so-good state and “walk on,” but when I left, I understood that I would return. Sandugash Mukhtarovna became my second psychotherapist and my return became positive not only because I was ready for it, I realized what I wanted to get, but also thanks to the professionalism of Sandugash Mukhtarovna. At the moment, I understand what and why exactly this is happening in my head and, more importantly, I know what to do about it. The first session confused me, but I advise everyone not to stress after the first sessions, it’s worth writing the truth in the “Feedback” and the psychotherapist will take it into account, and that’s what happened, the second session seemed to me as if I was not at the appointment for the second time, but for the tenth or already a year in therapy , from the first acquaintance there was no trace. I am sincerely grateful to Sandugash Mukhtarovna for her patience and work. Finishing therapy now, I don’t have a clear understanding that I will come back again, perhaps in the future new goals will appear, but now we have achieved what I wanted.
