Recently
we've
conducted
business
meeting
there
(24.08)
in
one
of
the
conference
rooms
and
the
experience
is
outrageous.
Ventilation
system
malfunctioned
-
noise
during
operation.
It
was
impossible
for
rear
seats
to
hear
the
presenter.
Solution
from
the
hotel
-
turn
ventilation
off
and
seat
in
high
temperature
room.
Another
issue
raised
-
broken
audio
speakers.
The
technical
support
specialist
that
came
to
fix
had
argue
with
us
saying
that
it
is
not
his
responsibilities
to
fix
such
malfunctions
because
he
actually
does
not
work
in
this
hotel
(he
was
supporting
his
friend
he
said).
Due
to
this
open
conflict
we
had
to
postpone
the
event
for
30
minutes
minimum.
I
really
hope
that
the
management
of
the
hotel
conduct
internal
meetings
within
own
conference
rooms
to
identify
issues.
Totally
missed
the
expected
customer
service
with
actual
outcome.
Old
review:
The
room
was
cold.
Also,
because
of
location,
i
heard
every
vehicle
passing
by
on
the
streets
even
though
the
room
was
on
6th
or
7th
floor.
And
I
still
cannot
receive
the
closing
documents
for
the
accommodation
(20
days
past).
