Hotel
management
does
not
care
about
guest
experience.
They
did
not
want
to
issue
a
full
refund
for
a
day
checked
out
earlier
(I
used
a
debit
card
directly
at
desk
so
there
was
no
additional
charge
for
them).
Of
more
concern
was
that
during
this
Covid
time
none
of
the
staff
members,
including
the
manager
"Ilina"
wore
masks,
so
guests
were
not
wearing
them
either.
Noise
from
dj
music
from
downstairs
restaurant
heard
on
Saturday
night
and
ventilation
from
food
prep
seemed
to
go
right
into
my
room
smelling
cooked
meat
at
10pm.
WiFi
did
not
work
on
the
second
floor.
The
only
person
who
was
working
earnestly
to
resolve
problems
was
one
young
woman
working
the
night
reception
desk
who
helped
me
with
luggage,
prepared
the
breakfast
plate
(which
took
a
long
time
for
the
cook
to
do
two
fried
eggs)
and
moved
me
into
another
room
to
connect
with
internet
connectivity.
Too
bad
because
it's
a
good
location
for
walking
around.
