Very clean and neat. Staff spoke good English and were very friendly.

I lived in Altaca from Fall 2009 - Spring 2010. I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean and quiet and the staff was courtous and polite. My unit was on the top floor, so there was no balcony. Not really a problem, except the clothes washer was not a a combiniation washer / dryer, so I had to hang clothes inside to dry. The bathroom had heated floors and good water pressure, and the A/C unit in the main room was sufficient to cool the entire apartment as long as the bedroom door was open. There was a very small 'convenience store' on the corner, a larger grocery store across the street (sorry, don't remember names of the businesses), and a much larger vegitable market at a multi-level mall just a few blocks away. I walked there every week for fresh fruit. At the time I was in Atyrau, there was a Canadian owned restraunt near Altaca that served a mostly western breakfast menu, and a T.G.I. Friday that would even do delivery. Hopefully that hasn't changed.

A Clean apart holel

We went there for a birthday function. It was well organised. Food was good and well presented. Everyone had a great time. The variety of drinks was good.
