We went for afternoon tea on a Saturday. The ambience was lovely, they had a ballet dancer & pianist for the whole time we were there, which was a lovely addition to our experience. Wonderful entertainment. The package costs 12000 Tenge plus 10% service charge per person. This includes unlimited sparkling wine & a selection of savoury & sweet treats. We had a platter of smoked salmon & cream cheese wraps, cucumber & cheese rolls & ham & brie wraps. Plus some smoked salmon & cream cheese tarts & a bowl of chips. These were lovely. All very tasty. Unfortunately my wife & daughter werent huge fans of fish, so there wasn't a huge amount for them. I enjoyed everything but next time I would highlight this in advance I thinkb& ask for more non fish options. The scones were delicious but came with blocks of chocolate on a wooden fork which we found a bit strange. It was a lot of chocolate. It also came with a tray of chocolate lollipops with various fillings. Again these were delicious but meant the overall experience was very chocolate heavy. The presentation of these was exceptional though, with a dry ice bowl underneath delivering a smokey visual experience. Out of the 6 lollipops 4 had nuts, which my wife is intolerant to, so again I think I'd let them know this in advance next time. Not their fault at all. Overall a lovely afternoon, as much sparkling wine as you can handle & a lovely selection of food treats. Slightly chocolate heavy but certainly decadent & would recommend an afternoon visit.

It was amazing experience. The best service I’ve ever had at the hotel. The check in person Aigerim was great! Very polite and helpful. The room was big and super clean. It was well equipped. You can control everything from your bed. I really liked the blackout window shades, since Im a light sleeper. I couldnt see a thing! The downstairs bar has great cocktails selection.I can go on and on about this hotel, so great! Looking forward going back there again…

Ritz Carlton Astana is probably the best option in the city and I enjoyed my stay here over Christmas immensely. The views are fantastic, great staff especially in club lounge and at breakfast most notability Madina and Ramil. The Club Lounge is a nice restful place that has a good range of food presentations throughout the day, my only comment is that the selection of drinks, while adequate is not especially high end, e.g Prosecco only and mediocre wines, unlike some of the European/Asian RCs. Storage space (esp. wardrobe space) in the rooms is quite limited due to the design but otherwise everything is excellent. Lobby lounge and restaurant for breakfast with a view. The mall and restaurants around it are very nice. I would stay again for sure.

I do not have enough words to fully articulate the appreciation I have for this hotel. The staff is beyond incredible and they do whatever is possible to ensure your trip and stay goes smoothly. They pay attention to every possible detail ensuring your stay is memorable.

3rd time staying at this hotel, everytime it gets better and better. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating, the rooms are very clean, I love staying here. *Sofiya was very polite and helpful today when we were checking out, thank you very much Sofiya*

Visited the resturant, fusion of local and international cusine, something to experience. The waiters are very professional and the view just is amazing.

Every thing were perfect except the smells in rooms no matter. We perfume the room it smells bad i think they have an issue with bathrooms 🚽 good staff and rest was one of best i had in ritz carlton hotels

Best place to be you have everything you need just inside spa restaurants shopping salon…..

Really awesome experience and the view from my room was so amazing! Everyone is super kind and makes you feel at home! Breakfast is also yummy so it's worth waking up. Can't wait to come back!

Updating my feedback as a rebound from previously unpleasant experience. Got a call from management and received a very nice complimentary offer. Will visit again to reinstate my impressions from Ritz. Will update again in early October, when I come back.

World class Ritz Carlton as always. Service, room, food all fantastic. Selfie restaurant had some of the best food I’ve ever had.

I had the most marvelous stay from July 15 - 29, 2022 because of the fantastic staff! From the breakfast staff to the Doormen, everyone went way beyond to make my stay a most enjoyable experience. Of particular note was Aya, who provided me with an excellent breakfast service daily and ensured that my quest for that special dream was met! The chef catered to my unique tastes with extra hot spices that made breakfast a culinary delight! From check-in to check-out the two week stay was wonderful due to the outstanding staff. I look forward to an early return to this fine hotel and it’s wonderful staff.

I went for dinner tonight at Selfie. They did not give us table we booked for roof. Food arrived in a Dirtiest crockery I hv even seen. Taste of bottled water is like, it was brought from old dirty swimming pool. Even after an hour taste is in my throat. Not sure if I will fall sick tonight, or puke. Informed the staff and no one even care or bothered for it. If you are a 5* customer, avoid wasting your time at Selfie Restaurant on top.

The attention to detail and all the wonderful staff make this hotel stand out from the rest.

Amazing hotel, great breakfast located in the center of a very interesting and good looking city

I remember Astana from 12 years previously. What a changed city and the hotel Is perfectly placed to explore on foot or central for any meeting. Service is as you would expect and more. Well done to the business club lounge for dealing with us! 😀
