Very nice boutique hotel situated on the right bank of Astana. Rooms are clean and cosy, bed sheets and towels are in good condition, not overwashed or old. There is spa, nice bar, terrace restaurant and there is also very nice rooftop restaurant on the neighbouring building. Stuff is very friendly and very helpful. Hotel is worth every cent.

Room is very noisy, could hear anything happening outside especially the doors of other rooms banging as well as any noise from the room above mine. Wind was blowing and the window was doing a super loud cracking noise (properly badly installed or maintained). Room has very little light, extremely hot that I had to turn on the ac in winter. The food in the hotel is just bad. The service is very slow and inconsistent. I would never stay again in this hotel.
