Excellent bath/toilet facilities. Friendly staff and nice rooms. The 2-person room with a private bathroom is especially nice; I've had worse rooms in 4-star hotels! Highly recommended for anyone staying in the city.

Very nice and I definitely recommend it. Clean, centrally located, good WiFi and the ability to prepare food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has a look of a hotel more than the typical hostels I usually stay at. Towels and soap is provided.

Lovely staff, really nicely designed dorms so you have privacy even in a shared room (each bed has it's own curtains). Lots of outlets and great location wise. Will stay again!

I stay here every time I come to astana, even if only quickly passing through (long flight connection) .. this place has literally thought of everything and it is therefore the best hostel I have ever stayed in. From the friendly and accommodating staff, to the immaculately clean facilities, to the quiet and private-feeling sleeping areas created in the dorm rooms, to the clean and welcoming common area and kitchen .. this hostel is wonderful! I couldn't recommend a better place to stay! :))

This is a great hostel in Astana located within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. The hostel is very clean and well-maintained: I was surprised to learn that it has already been open for a year because everything still feels new! There are many thoughtful touches that make it very comfortable- like free tea/coffee/pasta/oatmeal, electric sockets inside the lockers (!!), two lockers per guest, and bunks with curtains and private lights and more electric sockets. Staff were professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend!

The most lovely, clean, and calm hostel with great people and amenities! I'm happy to stay nearly a month at such a new and beautiful place. Comfortable beds and free laumdry and use of kitchen. Love it!

Fantastic Hostel in Astana with an excellent location, walking distance of Khan Shatur, malls, the Opera House, etc. The staff are polite and friendly and facilities ideal. There are big beds and large lockers as well as access to laundry and a fully equipped kitchen. The showers are great, my only two suggestions for management are - maybe have soap/toiletries for sale - beds should be made before guests arrive, it is difficult to make your bed on the top bunk when arriving late...

By far the most modern, clean and maintained hostel I've been to in Central Asia. Plus very affordable, and staff is so nice and welcoming. You get free cofee and a free first use of the washing machine. I reccommend it much.

Plentiful number of showers and toilets, there is never a queue. They have a dryer for washing which is a rarity and a luxury. Beds are comfortable with privacy curtains and they come with a minitature light and socket. The common area for eating is a little small, particularly as this is where people congregate so there might not be a space to eat. Location is a leisurely 20 minute walk to the center and shopping mall. In the area there are multiple other shopping malls within a 10 minute distance and the neighborhood is filled with plentiful eateries to choose from. Next door there is a barber, but I did not visit, and also a tiny supermarket for basic snacks.
