The idea of the place is good, but it need more organizing, the fishing area is very small and limited and the place in general is not suitable for young and adult it is more for families with kids. Also the food was not great at all and we had to wait for looong time to get I even asked to cancel the order because of the waiting The star only for the staff because they were very nice

The experience of fishing in a nice controlled environment is fun for the whole family. That and the beauty of the location are perhaps the only good things here. The service was well below par and the staff were unattentive at all. It took over 20 minutes to get a waiter and almost an hour to get our fish fried. The prices are not clear at all and they don't have English description of any costs. They charge you for the fishing rod, the fish, cooking the fish, eating the fish and sitting in their restaurant to eat the fish. They also charged us for additional food we did not order and the bill was only in the local language. The recommendation is go for the fishing experience and perhaps give the trout away (although they charge you a lot for it too). The fish was so badly prepared it had no flavor at all.

the nice and surreal atmosphere was totally marred by the rampant fishing ..i hated the fact that kids and families were fishing there and deriving so much pleasure from seeing all the fish dying a painful breathless death as they gasp for minutes while these ppl fishing them watch n clap n make visits videos. so insensitive

A very unique fishing experience amidst nature , the place has a tranquil vibe where you can relax and spend the whole day. It's hassle free and quick fishing , the fish looks sumptuous and tastes amazing.

The place was nice. My son enjoyed fishing, but something funny happened! Because I knew that we would not eat the fish anyway, I put it back to water. I did the same with the other two, then when I returned the fishing rod to the lady I took from, for only 300 Tenge, she asked about the fish. When I told her I returned them to water, she screamed: "Why?!!". It turned out that she was charging the customers 5000 Tenge for every fish! The best of it was actually the fabulous scenery just behind the restaurant: the river and the background mountains.

The food and service are good, a bit expensive, but worth it. The location is perfect for a summer time heat!

Place very nice and facilities very good but the service not good it take more than 40 minutes to get Lemonade. Also the table we set it was not clean.

Fresh fish, good cooking. But you can enjoy it only by work days. If you are there on Saturday you are going be ignored by waiters. If you are lucky to catch a waiter and make your order then you are going to wait a couple of hours for your food.

Fantastic place for going out with family. A short distance from Almaty. Beautiful view of the Talgar mountains. Fresh mountain air. Reasonable price of food and drinks. Polite and efficient waiters. Various fish cuisines with great flavors. The fishing pools are a hit. As newbies, every member of the family can have loads of fun. Recommendation to the management: In the tapchan area, you could install a calling device to every table. The waiters are amazing to run back and forth to check the tables, but the tables are a long way from the kitchen. This way the service could really speed up. Overall you have five stars from me. Excellent job! Wish you a successful business. I definitely will visit a lot more times.
