Me and my friend were out shopping and decided to take a break and have dinner at Arby's next to Walmart in Kearney Nebraska. I had not had a great experience with the other Arby's at the other end of town but took my chances. Walking in it was so clean. Everyone was working and polite. The employee that was mopping was doing an amazing job. So I told her how clean it looked. She mentioned they were short staffed that night. Only 3 employees has shown up for work. I would have never known. The place looked amazing and the food was great. So glad I didn't let my experience with the other store in town keep me from going again. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the awesome work you guys.

Went through the drive-thru around 6:30 - told they ran out of roast beef? At this location, you can't get out of the drive-thru once you get into it. Waited 20+ min to get out. How about you put a sign out there when you run out of one of your main products so people don't get stuck in the drive-thru, just a thought. Huge waste of time.

One of the best Arby's restaurants in the area. Very clean, fast friendly service. I was there around 3 pm so it wasn't very busy.

Was there to pick up a door dash last night the store manager was rude and disrespectful and rude and talked about me as I left with customers laughing and he refused to hand it to me so I had to send my SO in to pick it up instead we never have issues with anyone else but him or any other place in Kearney with it.

Every so often Arby's comes out with a banger on the new items. However I still keep coming back for that classic Beef n' Cheddar. This location has always done fairly well on customer service, speed, and accuracy of orders. Never done a dine-in here so I can only speak to the drive thru. But the speed and accuracy combined is great. Usually you only get one or the other. Having both is a bit of a unicorn.

Food Meh, not good but not bad, the service was okish, it's like we weren't even there. Atmosphere was also Meh.... everyone on their phones, tables weren't clean and couldn't sit at most spots.

I went through the drive-thru and placed an order for a French Dip and Swiss Combo, which should have been <$10 + tax. But, they don't have potato cakes anymore, so I had to upgrade. And, then I wanted a small shake, but they don't have smalls anymore, so I had to upgrade again. When I got my total, it was <$14, I tried to delete the shake and side, but the person wouldn't answer me. Then I had to wait in line for 10+ minutes to get my food. It's a good thing that I didn't have anywhere to be, because I definitely would have been late.

Completely messed up our order and had to wait for for mor than 20 minutes in the drive through at the window

the food is very good and amazing and the service is very nice and care about people to and atmosphere is okay I love Arby's food and good meats too

Good food, good people only had 1 time that we had a extended wait to get food otherwise has been good.

It cannot be that hard to put sauces inside your bag especially after you ask 3 times. This Arby's is going downhill fast

I had my usual roast beef and cheddar and had an extra sometime special yesterday a chocolate shake. Excellent on everything.

The curly fries are the best and the food is delicious as long as it's fresh. It's fast food, so you get what you pay for; I suggest going when its busy for the best experience.

Was ok got a French dip and the dip was kinda weird but other than that it's ok

Food was good, had a hard time finding a clean table though!!!

When I go for lunch it's later in the afternoon. No matter what time I go the food is always fresh and doesn't seem like it has been sitting under a warmer.

The cashier was 5 star courteous, but the food was barely a one star. A beef and cheddar sandwich should have more than a teaspoon of cheese sauce. The amount of beef has been reduced as well.

Asked for the 5 piece fish nugget meal ended up with a spicy wrap. I cannot handle spicy foods. So it will be going into the trash.
