Rude staff and management. They can't get an order right and then blame the customer. Good thing they all work fast food because they would never survive a real job. I hope they are all very pleased with their attitudes.

The crew worked well together and service was fast and the food was fresh and tastes great. I think that if you want to go to a restaurant where the owner cares then Taco johns West 56th Kearny is the place to be. He truly cares about his customers. Meat and potato burrito 😋 yummy

I was greeted be a very sweet girl my food was done and out to me before my bill was paid. I've went back every since and still great service

Ya know, I didn't even bother because I had spoken with the gal in the drive thru and when I asked for her to repeat herself three times, it was silent for about a minute and then she said is that all, I was frustrated and said I wasn't gonna bother because I didnt feel like being ignored and she flipped me off as I drove by.

Waited in a totally empty drive through for ten minutes with no response. Drove around and the girls at the desk looked at me like I'd killed her dog. Pretty awful, won't eat here again.

I think I speak for everyone when I say I’m tired of getting potato oles that have been sitting in the warmer too long. I love taco johns but it’s about a 25% chance I get decently made food.

Drive through service is bad. Nobody knew what was going on. Got order completely wrong, then acted like I was stupid fir correcting them. Keep my money as well. Can't recommend this place

Everyone was friendly and took the time to explain some our questions concerning the menu. My wife has allergies and we have to be cautious of what she eats. The food was fairly priced and tasty! All in all, it was very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to our next visit.
