    My boyfriend and myself recently started coming to this Arby's because it's one of the few options we have late at night. We too, work in the food industry. Of course you understand that we are exhausted after working with food for ten to twelve hours, so it's super nice to be able to get some food real fast. Tonight we were greeted with a very blunt, "just so you know, we are out of roast beef." And that was totally fine because I wanted a chicken sandwich anyways, and my boyfriend loves the Greek gyros. Now my question is, were you out of chicken patties as well? Or is this sandwich supposed to be two chicken tenders thrown on a bun? Some people may be alright with this. But it's truly not the same to me as a patty. Pretty disappointed tonight.

    If I wanted microwaved mozzarella sticks after waiting over 10 minutes for food, I could have saved myself the time. Unfortunately, this wasn't just an off night for this location. The service and food freshness has progressively gone downhill. Not worth it.

    Darryl at your store has an amazing attitude and is absolutely the best at customer service he talked to me and made me feel welcome, helped me order some amazing things. This was at 11:00 pm absolutely patient and kind.

    This location is lacking! Customer service is hit and miss. Some how my order comes out wrong each time I visit. The food is not always good. Especially the roast beef sandwich. The roast beef is not thinly sliced and it has a lot of chewy parts. I won't be going back.

    I'm sure it was just a random mistake. But there were three major things that were wrong on my most recent order. They didn't put sauce on my roast beef sandwich. They gave me crinkle cut instead of curly fries and strawberry lemonade instead of blueberry lemonade. I made the order online, and when I reviewed it, I came to the conclusion that it was all their fault. Actually, it was my fault for not checking before I left. So if you get something from this at all, just check your order because the food is still good

    This was a good addition to the Kearns area. I have been here several times. When making a mistake they have always been quick to get it right. This gets a 5 star review.

    If I had the option of Zero-Stars that is what I would give. I grabbed take-out for my wife and I on Saturday night May 13th from the location just North of 6200 south and 5600 West. When I got home, she opened her sandwich to find a dead fly on her sandwich wrapped up in the wrapper. I returned with my food un-touched and requested my money back for the meal. The girl that took my food at the counter chuckled at the idea of a dead fly in the sandwich. The shift manager took my card and said that I would be getting my money back for the order. As of Tuesday the 16th, I have yet to receive my money back. The store behind the counter was disgusting and was far from clean or sanitary. I will not be eating at this poorly managed location ever again.

    Ordered the Ruben sandwich in the drive thru. Super fast order, to find the sandwich is cold. Take it inside and they argue with me saying it's not cold. The finger test is COLD!! The manager got snappy and ignorantly said, I'll make another one, and tells the employee put it on 9 and burn it!! Sheesh all I wanted was a hot pastrami sandwich. Ignorance from here will have me not spending my money here again.

    It's OK food but when you don't even live a mile away from them you would think your food would be hot still, so first off I asked for extra sauce, I got the 4 for $10 regular roast beefs so they gave 5 sauce packs wow that was awesome. Also ordered mozzarella sticks, didn't know you had to ask for the marinara sauce that comes with them, that's the second time that's happened so no sauce for those and then get home and the mozzarella sticks are cold and curley fries are cold and the pathetic part was there was not even a line so you would think you should get decent service and food. The kearns location on 5600w just off 6200s definitely not the best location to grab a bite to eat.

    Food is always good. I love ordering their sliders. Since there's 4 or 5 different flavors. My favorite is the Buffalo flavor. I love their broncoberry sauce! That is a must-have and try! Really love it with their jalapeños poppers and fries!

    We got food delivered to thinking it would be no different than if we picked it up from the drive thru. I also realize this is fast food and you can only expect so much. We got two roast beef a French dip and two turnovers. The buns on all the sandwiches were soggy and really cold it was just gross. They sent us cookies instead of turnovers and they were disgusting. We will never eat Arby’s again for how much they charged and gave us garbage. The French dip sauce was in a separate bag too, so it wasn’t from that. Don’t eat here unless you just want arbys packet, those weren’t bad lol.

    The manager or whoever was running that store that time East be drug tested her something she was screaming and throwing a fit and locking doors. The most bizarre eating experience I've ever had in my entire life.

    We waited a long time for our food, and the fries were setting in the boxes for the whole time we were there. We asked for fresh fries, and they did give them to us.
