Staff disorganized so serve was really slow with the order coming out with significant delay. Staff (Sam and Kala) were argumentative and rude. Store was extremely dirty with litter on the floor and windows you could hardly see out of Go to another location and better yet even a different brand

Popped in quick for a couple drinks and a choco croissant! Perfect drinks, all friendly service. Walked out the door without the croissant tho, forgot it, and one of the girls realized and came out to wave us down before we got far! We appreciate that lots, thank you for going above and beyond.

The staff are very friendly and energetic. I really like that they brew dark roast coffee well after noon. This location gets busy at times, but they do a good job getting everyone's order out quickly. They have a good number of outlets to plug into which are all along the wall.

Service was great :) had no idea what to get, so I went off their recommendations. All 4 workers tuned in to help pick something out for me. Food was hot, and I loved the drink

I'm a true blue Dragonfruit drink lover. Sure Starbucks has coffee drinks of All sorts which I also indulge in,but given a choice for a thirst quenching yummy drink I'll pick dragon fruit drink every time. You should try the egg bites,so creamy and smooth by far better than any I've had in other places. You also can't beat their staff busy busy people and a cheerful,pleasant atmosphere!!

I had a Pistachio Latte that was honestly super good! It seemed like a good place to come sit down and have a coffee with someone. It was very busy when I went but I still got my latte decently quick.

I dont stop at Starbucks very often, simply due to prices, but have yo say this one is the best around! Clean place , friendly staff!

Stopped by for a medium pink but they didn’t have any of the strawberries. Tristan was amazing and accommodated with a large instead!

I frequent Starbucks every day before work and I also choose the Millcreek mall plaza because of the customer experience they provide. Ian is always the highlight of my experience, he is passionate, excited and happy to be there. He always notices the tiny details and remembers everything to make my experience even better, Starbucks should be proud to have an employee like Ian.

I am addicted to Starbucks Coffee. They make the finest drinks around. Always have Great Seasonal drinks as well. Food is great too but can be expensive. I drink Starbucks every single day and love it. Like I said, I am addicted lol.

Three employees thought it was unreasonable for me to ask that my frozen drink be frozen and not 3/4 melted when they hand it to me. Also said that that was how it was supposed to be -- a frozen drink is apparently "supposed" to be mostly liquid as soon as it is handed to me. They were very unprofessional. Especially when the reason it was melted is because of a mistake they made.

The staff were great, very kind and helpful. But my sugar free low fat latte has very little flavor and our breakfast sandwiches had no flavor, we did get some salt, but they had no pepper. Double smoked bacon and cheddar cheese were both very bland. We were unimpressed ☹️

consistently great service!! always impressed with the quality of my drinks, how kind the baristas all are and how willing they are to go the extra mile. even if there is an issue they are always happy to fix it. this is my favorite starbucks. you guys are great and i appreciate you all so much.

I always enjoy coming to this Starbucks since I work right near this location and usually I come in here before work to get some coffee, the staff is always very kind to me and you get to know them after coming in a lot, the inside is also always nice and clean and you feel very comfortable being inside, definitely my favorite Starbucks location in Erie!
