Living in south Bali for years, Villa Adi is my first choice if I need a weekend off. I love it and my family love it. Also as diver, the dive service they offer is recommended. Great food, great atmosphere, clean and good maintenance, everything working as it should. And of course good educated and super friendly balinese staff.

This place is amazing! Not only the nicest villa I stayed at, also the most friendly staff. I checked in very late which was handled friendly with a smile. Breakfast delivered to the room and pool hangs make you stay feel like a relaxing holiday! No noises around, and a full equiped kitchen with free water.

We had a private villa all to ourselves and it was great. The pool was clean, and the rooms as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also rent out scooters and have a laundry service (by kilo!). A great place to stay in Amed. It was a little far from the center of Amed but not to bad by scooter.

We initially came in Amed with a reservation in a nearby location found on AirBnB. The place was miles away from what described so we left and moved in Villa Adi. We were received by an employee who offered to show us a villa... then he contacted the manager Mr. Putu who is the nicest and most switch on guy we went so far in Bali πŸ™ We went for breakfast there while he cross checked availabity. The restaurant is in the middle of the place, and all made of wood with white gravel, really nice. The complex is made of 7 or 8 villas with a private garden each, another set of houses at the back and a spa. Most of the villas have a private pool. We chose one without as we don't really like that. There is a shared pool with a few sun chair. -- The personnel is the nicest as possible, always willing to help and respond to any particular request. When we requested a whole grilled fish for instance, we were contacted during the day to check the fresh fish just delivered and choose one πŸ˜‹ and it was always cooked to perfection. -- The villa is really perfect: 2 rooms, each with AC (split) and the one in our room was the most silent one I ever had. Regulation of the temperature was spot on. Also the windows have double curtains... 1 see through and 1 thick to ensure you can sleep early morning. Dawn is before 6 am here. There is also a living room and open kitchen with just the necessary for us to make our own breakfast πŸ™. There is a drinking water dispenser, a fridge ans hot plates (gas). -- The complex is off the main road, behind Adi shop and another complex making it really quiet. Our villa (lush) is just by the entrance where the parking is, the back door for the supermarket and on the other side the restaurant. It can be a bit noisy from time to time but nothing lasting all day and really disturbing, especially for me who can be picky on this! Note they can rent moto bikes if you need, arrange your transportation anywhere in the island. -- Last, the surroundings: there is no beach across the road, and the 2 sand beachs are a 20 minutes walk on a pretty step road. Right in front there are rocks and mostly fisher boats. Adi shop is right there is you need anything and restaurant wise there are a few to try: - Adi's obviously, if you want to stay at home (they can serve you in your villa πŸ™) - Galanga, a gem for the exquisite cuisine and typical local flavors with a french touch😍 - Taman Bebek Hita, for the 2nd floor sitting and whole chicken or duck, just roasted for you 😍 -- Price is reasonnable for the quality of service, the rooms, the cleaness of the property. Just 1 star less for the location because there is no direct beach access. -- They accept credit cards but they will add a 3% fee.

Service is bad. No extra towels (and towels are really old) were given even though old ones taken. As feet towel, really old ones used on the floor. Breakfast was horrible, and my gluten free dietary restriction was not understood properly even though we mentioned several times in the emails before coming. In the end, I ended up eating just scrambled eggs which took almost half an hour even. There is a free shuttle service to beach, but if you go to a restaurant in the same location as the beach, you need to pay an expensive fee. Back and forth for a 5-10 mins distance taxi ride, they take around 6euros which is ridicilous for Amed (in general in Amed taxi price was high like this). This hotel needs a lot of investment, idk how it got 4 stars…

I went to this lovely place, and stay there for 3 days long. People were so kind to me, I was invited by the owner to make a short tour inside the villa. I saw some great spot like, a beauty garden, with very very nice view, fresh vegetables. There was a one night there, when the owner invite me to taste the local drink which they call it "Arak and Tuak", the taste was so wonderful and also in the same tame they serve me some grill fish and some fresh fish from the sea. I promise to come back there and I'll invite some of my friend to visit this place. this is not just an accomodation, but this is more than that, this placa was so meaningful to me. I was trated like a family by the owner and the staff. ADI villa has teach me a beautiful philosophy of life and culture.

We were in Febr.-March for 24 nights in the Villa Made and were very cared for and spoiled. It was an amazing time in this little paradise. Every morning our breakfast was prepared with lots of love and fresh brown bread from Komang in our kitchen. Made, his wife Komang and their sweet two girls took us into their family and we miss them very much. The villa itself very well maintained, every day our rooms were cleaned and always, if we wanted, we got fresh towels. A wonderful fragrance received us when we came back from diving. All in all a clear recommendation from us and ten stars for the warmth, openness, always a sweet honest laugh and the effort for our welfare. Thank you for a wonderful time with you Angelika and Klaus KrΓΆlls

Stunning place. The fish we had for lunch was caught that morning ( we saw it come off the boat).. Little overcooked but still lovely.

The setting for these villas is absolutely serene and beautiful. Perfectly kept gardens surrounding gorgeous bungalows. We stayed in one of the bungalows with a private pool, which was very clean and absolutely lovely!

We loved our stay at Villa Adi! The photos don't do it justice. The restaurant is also great, loved our nasi goreng every morning. Easy to hire a scooter from the villa for 80k ($8 Aud) a day and the roads in Amed are a lot quieter than the rest of Bali. You can also get a lift from the villa to certain spots if needed also, we did walk one day to the beach as well but scooter is easier :)) highly recommended! Thank you

The villa is quite remote area, it has lush gardens, private pools and very private environment. The building is still new and amany more private room to come. I stayed here for week end and was amazing. Very exclusive villa. It has a shop also to buy your daily needs, afforadble price and friendly owner. The place also clean yet limited parking lot, overall I enjoy my stay here.

Amazing beautiful, quiet and clean villas. For a great price, I got more than I expected. Friendly staff, restaurants, yoga and more right on the premises.

Great house with all amenities in a good location. Helpful owner. Children will love the well maintained garden and the friendly rabbits. The skies are full of stars at night. That clean is the air around. Make a point to eat at Cafe Garam and Warung Enak while you're in Amed. The beach has shallow waters and are supeed for snorkeling and all other watersports.

We stayed here for six week together with a large group. Had an amazing stay. The place is beautiful. Tastefully designed villas and lots of plants all around the place. Several of the villas have their own private pools. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a restaurant that serves tasty food from early in the morning to late.

The villa was great, in a good location far from the noise of the construction in the city center, and the service was also good. I just wished they gave you more information, for example for the free shuttle service to go to the beach, luckily I read previous reviews that mentioned that. Now, I'm not giving a better rating because of something that happened at the checkout. I had a bill for the restaurant of 1.1M rupiah, that I decided to pay in cash after the staff told me there was a 3% surcharge for card payment (I really don't get why in some places there is this fee but not in others). I hand him the cash after counting it, and he tells me he's gonna count it again. He does it, and tells me there is only 1 million, 100k is missing. I'm surprised, ask to count again, and indeed there is only 10 notes of 100k instead of 11. I'm getting a bit suspicious but fine, mistakes happen, I give him another 100k note. Then we go to a restaurant nearby (which takes credit card without surcharge) and go back to the hotel 1 hour later where a car is waiting for us. And there are two guys at the counter doing the checkout, who oddly enough have the same issue as me - they were sure they had a certain amount of money, gave it to the staff who told them there was some missing. I warned them I had the same problem, I don't know how they handled that after because the driver was waiting for me. I'm not accusing the staff, it might be two consecutive mistakes, but I find it very suspicious. I read here and there that some people of the tourism industry in Bali were quite good with tricks that makes money disappear, which reinforces the feeling that something was off. Anyway, that's too bad to finish with this bad feeling, because otherwise the stay was pleasant
