    pelayanan di poliklinik sudah cukup baik. Namun sangat disayangkan kami menunggu dokter dari jam 8 pagi sampai siang, Tpi dokter juga belum kunjung datang... Sudah 2 hari kami ikuti alur rawat jalan seperti ini, harus ekstra sabar menunggu dokter.

    Bad experience at Anutapura Hospital. I am a family member of a patient who needs to take medicine every 5 hours, in 1 day I can go back and forth 3-4 times to the pharmacy to get medicine, only 2 of which get there, to be taken immediately. OK, order system, can't you order directly for medicines for several days? I asked the nurse, she answered "that's how it is, bro, so it won't be there for long, so just make sure your calves are strong." It is very unfortunate that this kind of service.     Pelayanan di poliklinik sangat lambat ,menunggu antrian poli lama ,setelah masuk tidak diperiksa cuma di tanya2 saja ,menunggu obat kurang lebih 1 jam Mengecewakan

    Pelyananya kek tai apalagi kalau tau pake pbjs pemerintah wkwkwk auto di suruh ambil obat sendiri, untung skrng up ke bpjs mandiri kelas 1, mending pindah ke budi agung atau bk lebih baik pelayananya

    Sistem antri nya ancur bgt, datang dari pagi, udah dapat antrian awal, tapi dipanggil ke ruangan polinya terakhir sekali, pas complain dengan satpam nya, satpam nya sangat tidak komunikatif, tidak mencoba mencari jalan keluar untuk pasien.

    Ini Rs pantas banget sih di kasih rating buruk, asli penanganan pasiennya kacau, perawatnya smw nda ngotak, dokternya kyk semaunya ,dibaikin salah diprotes jg salah, gk nyangka aja petugas medis kyk gitu,,, hahahaha Pokoknya nda rekomended bgt ini rs๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ Kasian bgt sm pasien dan keluarga pasien yang lambat penanganan twrutama yg di ICU.

    Pelayanannya kurang ramah, cara menyampaikan pesan atau penjelasan kepada keluarga pasien maupun memberi pengertian kepengunjung kurang sopan dengan menggunakan bahasa yang buruk dan nada tinggi, apalagi diruang ICU. Selain itu, tim Medis atau para perawat saling menegur dalam ruangan dan mengobrol dengan suara keras sehingga menggangu pasien. Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi beretika dalam melayani pasien termasuk keluarga pasien.

    BAD service, giving medicine without instructions, throwing it at the patient, there were visitors, but there were no restrictions, so we were disturbed, the sweeper was also very arrogant and grumbled, "I want to eat my salary blindly, what kind of examination is this? 1 doctor who brought 4 worms, it wasn't clear, he refused to get treatment at this hospital. There's no good medicine service, why are you told to take it yourself๐Ÿคฃ the doctor's movement is slow and he's asked questions and he's given a new medicine for 6 thousand. At the pharmacy they sell it for 50 hahaha

    what kind of service is this, it's an emergency, the nurse isn't quick enough to deal with interns, she's just busy going here and there, she's asked to help quickly put oxygen on, instead the luxury hospital doesn't show up, but the service isn't good, regret bringing it here, the medicine isn't given quickly, the doctor doesn't show up, just asks a lot of questions.

    Not yet worthy of being an education provider, there are some Ci elements who differentiate between students. Not even discussions with students. Is that worth guiding? We ask that the education and training team be more controlled by Ci elements like this.
