Horribly managed hotel. Stay away! 1) The front desk staff hid in the back office all day long and were very difficult to get to the front desk (twice I had to get someone to get them out after they didn't answer my calling out at the front desk.. 2) the restaurant was a joke. About 75% of the items on the menu were not available. 3) they had VERY loud construction with constant hammering and sawing going on late into the night. 4) even though the hotel was almost empty the night of our stay (only one other room occupied), they put us in the room CLOSEST to the loud construction. And finally 5) we booked a king bed room. But they put us in a room with queen beds. Only positive note is that they did comp our dinner as we were checking out due to the noise issue. I've been to 40 countries in my life. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

The place and beaches very beautiful.Just newly open.Staffs are friendly,honest and very helpful.Away from main tourist beach Sengigi .Pretty good for a group of family holiday or company functions holiday..Fresh seafood good there too . Wonderful private beach .Pearly farming just ten minutes away by car out the seafront belonging to the resort group.

We stayed on way over to Sumbawa, the place is amazing, very clean, beautiful location and the rooms are a very good quality. You have to met Rambo and Blacky the dogs, they are very polite and sit nicely

Remote location with less population. Good for nature kind someone

Fantastic vacation experience here. The rooms and compound are very clean and well kept. Dining was top notch, probably one of the best in Lombok, from the daily included breakfast, recommend to go for the All American and house made Pancakes, local delights like Nasi Goreng and Ayam Lalapan, gourmet options like Grilled Lobsters which are reared in-house, as well as the wonderful barbecue prepared by the staff on our last night here. Praises goes out to Lara and her staff who were attentive and hospitable throughout our stay, thank you!
